2 weeks before ...
And yeahh, we have a new student! Let's start from beggining, maybe its better, today the teacher .. damn I forgot his name .. told us that we are gonna have a 11grade student in our advanced class, again! I can't believe I'm gonna have another person to compete with me. Yes, I may be popular and famous but still I am the best student of this class, maybe the whole school.
So, where I was? Oh, this girl enter the class, and boom its the school's nerd! Everyone I know like to mess with her and usually they make fun of her behind her back, I think I know her name, maybe its Alexandra, someting like that but I can't be sure.
Finally the class returns to normal and the teacher wants to do a group project - well, a pair project - that is suppose to do in the class or in the class time? Not sure, I was not paying attention to that part. All my colleagues started to get up and some of them want me in their group - fuck this little bastards. I look to the teacher and he immediately knows what I want - someone who works - and put me with the new girl. Well, at least we both will work on the project.
She got up and stood in front of my desk, in that moment, I could finally look at her, wow hot, "Where do you wanna do the project?", she asked me in a bad humour, "Its suppose to do it during class right?". I ask trying to look like I at least knew this part, "In the next classes, yes.", she said and I can say, she was not happy.
I got up and took my backpack - I didn't have anything in my desk anyway - and started to walk to the library, looking somethimes behind me to see if she was there. When I arrived to the library, I choose one of the tables and sat down. "Who knew that you know where the library is?", she said to me even more angry, "Hey, be cool ... why are you so angry?", I ask starting to get angry too, "Oh why is it? Maybe because I am in the same group with you?! The most popular rebel girl in school! You don't even know what is the project about!", she started yelling, "First: Don't yell in the library. Second: The project is about the independence of America. And third: You don't even know me.", I said trying to keep my cool even when all I wanted was to leave this place and her only because she is judging me but, for some reason, I could not get up and leave.
She stayed quiet for a few moments, only looking at her notebook. In that time I started to do the project by myself. "I am sorry. My name is Alex.", she said giving her hand, "Mine's Carter.", I shake her hand and she smile and what a smile. We started to work together without talking more than necessary and only about the project. I could see that she was in hurry to finish and I didn't care if we did it fast because I had more things to do than being here with her.
