Chapter one

With a flash of quantum leap light Sam leaps into the next person Sam needs to exchange places in time with after the blue light faded away.

Sam found himself lying in bed and it looked a lot like to him like a small little girls bedroom.

The room was a purple / pink and on the wall there was a symbol.

A symbol of a blue puzzle piece and a yellow puzzle piece.

The clock on the night stand read 9:02am

"Teresa..... Little sister.... Come on get up! Mum has a surprise for you".

Teresa's big sister Rebecca said,
Opening the door and seeing her brown haired brown eyes sister wearing a red long sleeved shirt that had a black puppy on it that said "cute little princess"

In baby pink writing.

Teresa was also wearing purple pajama bottoms with cute flower design on them.

Sam still feeling a little dizzy from the leap in nods and gets up out of bed he sees her in the looking glass of her bedroom mirror and he says to himself trying to not get caught by his new family.

"oh boy!"

"where are you Al?"

Al came in from the imaging room door.

"hello, special cutie how'd you sleep?"

He said in a flirtatious mood

Sam says to his sister

"I will be down in a minute?"

Rebecca laughs and says to Sam

"why are you going to talk to your invisible friend again?"

With a mocking tone on her face.

Sam smiles in agreement and says.

"that's right"

Rebecca closes the bedroom door and Sam says to Al.

Al stroked her cheek but his hand went through Sam's cheek like a ghost.

He stood beside her with his arms crossed together and he had a smirk look on his face.

"Al I think I have leaped into a little girl?"

"has ziggy got anything for me yet to why I am here Al?"

Al got out his device the handlink that glowed red, yellow and green that he uses to communicate with ziggy with.

"according to ziggy he Says there is a 98.2 per cent chance your here to help Teresa understand more about herself as someone who has learning disabilities we're still figuring out the rest.
Its taking time ziggys getting old."

He said looking at her.

Sam smiles and says

" thanks Al what would I do without you and ziggy to guide me on my leaps. So what date and time have I leaped into this time Al? "

" you are in May 20 of 2005 and right now it's 9:05 am in the morning in Jones ville South Carolina"

Al said looking at her.

Meanwhile....

Rebecca was waiting
Impatiently by Teresa's door.

"Teresa, come on! Mum wants you downstairs now!!!"

She said, yelling

But, all Rebecca could hear was silence.

"Teresa, I'm so sorry for yelling at you. I didn't know that you're very sensitive to loud sounds."

Rebecca said apologising.

Sam walks through Al and says behind him.

"please Al go back and find out more to why am here."

He then says to Rebecca.

"no problem let's go and see what mum has for our surprise for us."

He walks with his sister and they both greet their mum downstairs.

Samantha was in the kitchen, making breakfast which was grits, toast and homemade gravy.

She looked over and saw Rebecca with little Teresa.

" thank you, Rebecca" Samantha said, while cooking.

"you're welcome,mum"

Rebecca said, while helping Teresa sit down at the table.

Samantha turned down the burners for a moment and turned around to look at Teresa.

"hey, little cutie how'd you sleep?"

She asked, just about to start cooking again. "
