She woke up on cold pavement, strangers towered over her.
One of them was on a phone.
"I'm fine..." she gulped.
   She stood up and ran.
Adults were one of the things she was scared of. She knew there weren't to be trusted. They are liars.
A moment later she remembered what she heard in her vision. She tried hard to remember when she fainted.
"Great..>_<" she whispered to herself.          She was always alone. When she would grow tired of sitting or walking in silence...she would talk.
  "HEY!?!"
She turned around to see a new face.
"I'm Alex, I've just moved in," they looked on her knees that were bleeding.
"Um, welcome. I should go-go?..yeah"
"What's your name? Pronouns?"
"She. I go by she."
"Them. And what's your name again?" they handed her their hand.
"Lena..."
She was relieved to leave. Talking makes her heart race and hard to breath. The worst part is that she would spend hours regretting for saying stuff  she said.
She just hoped Alex didn't hate her.
They looked somehow familiar to Lena but she couldn't pinpoint it.
