I looked out of the window of my classroom. It may not have been the Geometry classroom, but the room was just as dull and boring.

"Hey," someone whispered,"hey, Alpha!"

"What?" I replied turning to look at the speaker.

The boy talking to me had swift black hair that almost swooped in front of his eyes, which were a bright green color.

Of course I knew him; everyone knew him. He was known for being one of the few sweetest boys in the school. That wasn't the only thing, though. He was also smart. For all anyone knew, the boy never went home with an F on a paper and a frown on his face. And being able to play the guitar seemed to help him win over many girls at our school.

"I'm Jake-"

"I know." I said giving him a small smile,"Can I help you?"

"Well," he replied nervously (which wasn't a characteristic he showed often)," I was hoping that, since Greek Mythology is something you're gifted with, and since there's a test tomorrow-"

"Do you want me to help you study?"

"Yah. I mean, could you, please."

"Where do you-"

"My house," he said quickly. I raised one of my eyebrows, giving him a slightly concerned look. His eyes widened and he said," Not like that. I mean that my mom is picking me up already, and we can't switch busses without a note, so..."

"Um, that's ok," I said with a small smile on my face, yet I failed to notice the smirk that was on his.

"Ok class, in light of our unit on cultural dances, we have a some visitors." our teacher announced. "We will be learning about traditional Irish Jigs, and here for a demenstration is Joseph, Blaine. and Frnado."

"It's spelled F-R-N-A-D-O," one of the guys said. Frnando had his hair tucked into a neon pink beanie, with a blue button-up shirt and jeans. Blaine had a wig on his head, and it was very obvious that it was a wig. He wore a lime green sports shirt and dress pants. Then there was Joseph. Joseph had violet arm bands, and a matching headband on his jet-black hair. He had on shorts and a red sweater. They all seemed odd, and I wasn't exactly sure what to think about them.

"We are going to pull names from this hat," Blaine said pulling out a cowboy hat. He stuck his hand in smiling, and pulled out a small strip of paper. The whole ordeal kind of reminded me of The Hunger Games.

"And the winner is... EVAN!" Joseph said, the smile on his face was more of a small smirk than anything. "Whose Evan?"

A boy in the very back of the class raised his hand. He had long red hair and dark brown eyes. Evan had on his traditional rock band tee that day.

Frnado walked down the aisle towards him. However before he got there he stopped next to me grabbing my arm and saying, "Hi Evan, it's nice to meet you finally. How would you like to come dance with us?"

I gave him a weird look, "I'm not Evan, my name is Alpha. Evan is in the back of the room. Can you let me sit down now?"

"I'm afraid not Evan, because you must dance with us. We pulled your name out of the hat. Do you not want to dance with us?" He asked.

"No it's not that. It's just that I'm not Evan." I replied.

At that point Evan stood up and said, "I'm Evan! She's not Evan!"

"I don't think so, "Blaine said as he gave Evan an odd look,"can you guys tell me what his female name is?"

Of course every kid in the class decide they wanted to chime in with this.
Random names such as Sarah, Leah, Lona Carla, Seattle, and Frederica were called out. Finally, the bell rung and the pain was over.

But, of course, it wasn't exactly.

As soon as I left the class, I saw Loua running away from some kids in our grade. I ran after her as quickly as I could, yelling after her.

We had only just gotten to the main hall when someone thought it would be hilarious to trip her. I watched as she fell forward, straight into two guys. They reached out and caught her before she hit the ground.

A second later, when she looked up at them, she let out the most deafeningly high pitched scream.

A/N- hey. Sorry it's been awhile. There was some drama going on, but I will start doing this once a week now. Again, I'm soooooooo sorry.
