There were always those times when the depression hit me.
Unfortunatly, one of those times hit me in the middle of Geometry class. I had a distain for that class, mostly because the room was dull and it felt like it would be the perfect place for people to torture children.
I guess the school got that idea also.
The room smelled of the sweat and desperation of the new Freshman who just wanted to get this over with.
And I was one of them.
Not that I smelled(cause I don't), what I'm saying is, I was a freshman.
Whenever the depression faze started up, I always zoned everything out and drew in my notebook. I would draw people, random things, and sometimes it was just exactly what I was thinking at the moment.
So, naturally, it shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone when I drew a picture that had the words 'LOVE IS TRAPPED. IT WILL NEVER FIND YOU.' behind a metal fence with chains and barbed wire at the top of it.
I didn't even stop to think that the boy sitting next to me saw it.
The second the bell rang, various children were running out the door looking for some type of freedom. I was oblivious to the fact that the boy who sat next to me stayed and watched as I closed my notebook. My notebook was covered in tons of One Direction stickers, drawings, and random pictures of them that I got off of the internet.
I didn't notice the boy staring at my notebook with wide eyes. I didn't notice him quickly write down something on his hand. And I definitely didn't notice the small smile on his lips as he rushed out of the class.
All I noticed was his receding figure.
