Start All Over Again

Chapter 1

Today I woke up because some idiot smack my forehead.

"WAKE UP YOU LAZY A**!" Mia the idiot said.

I groan. "Go away! Kill yourself!" I turned away from her, blocking her voice with my pillow and getting ready to fall asleep again.

"Oh no you're not going to turn around from me! You said we can give you a makeover so today we are going shopping. Now get up or I'll pull you and throw you in the shower." Mia said.

"Ugh! Okay... I'm up."

"Good. Now, go to the shower and get ready. We're leaving in 20 minutes." She said, walking out of my room.

When she was finally out of my room, I glanced at my clock and almost popped my eyes out when I saw the time.

That freaking idiot woke me at 6:30 am.

Who the freaking frackle wakes up at 6:30 am at Saturday??!!

I groaned and walked to my bathroom and took a shower before heading to my walk in closet and grab a grey shirt and some jeans and a black converse. Then I dried my hair with my blower and walked down stairs.

As I walked into our kitchen, since I know that they are probably there, I noticed that the guys, James and Cole, was also there.

"What are you guys doing here?" I ask both of the boys.

"Well, since my girlfriend here said that they were going give you a makeover I couldn't believe it so I went here to confirm it and I just asked James if he wants to tag along which he agreed to. Besides, we can't miss out when our little girl finally grow up and wear girly stuff since you always wear plain clothes, no offence though." Cole answer, while I roll my eyes as he call me "little girl" because I was only 17 and only turning 18 on April 13 while they are already 18. I also glared at Abby for telling her boyfriend.

"Why did you have to tell them?" I accused Abby.

"Sorry. I was just excited and it slipped my mouth. Besides they're our friends, they need to know." Abby replied with a sheepish smile.

"Come on Aubrey! It will be fun. We will be at the mall, shopping, buying cute dresses... Omg! I'm sooo excited!" Mia said giggling while I just frown there.

"Yeah. You two will be shopping while I suffer, carrying so many shopping bags." I grunted while James laughed.

"It will be okay Brey. How about when we arrived at the mall, I'll buy you food." James offered and using his nickname for me.

"Okay. But I'll just warn you James, I'll be picking so many food since I will be suffering because of these two witch." I said half-playful half-serious.

"Yeah, alright." James chuckled.

"Soo... Come on! Lets get going. We will have so much fun!" Mia said.

"More like suffer to death." I muttered quietly.

Its already 12:15 pm and all we did was follow those two girls enter shops by shops and I was already carrying 4 shopping bags and the boys have 5 shopping bags each while the girls have 3 each. And guess what? Abby said it was all mine. A was like, dude are you going to buy the whole store? I know that you might think I'm over reacting but seriously, who would have 12 shopping bags only entering 4 stores?! That's like, 3 bags every time we enter a store and the bags are really full. And worst part is, I haven't eaten since we came so right now I was really really hungry. I'm so hungry, I could eat a whole cow!

"Mia! Abby! Can we stop for a minute and eat?! I'm starving here. And my feet are sore and I feel like my arms will fall off because of these heavy bags." I grunted.

"But we're still not done shopping. We need you to have the most stylish clothes ever so we can't stop now. The stores might get sold out of their good clothes!" Mia whines.

"And besides, we're not even done with half of the mall." Abby said.

Oh yeah... We were just at the second floor. Did I mention that this mall has 6 floors?

"Come on guys. Give Aubrey a break. Besides, it is already lunch time. Let's eat first. And after that, you guys can go back shopping okay?" James said which I was really thankful for.

"Hmm...okay! But the next store that we enter, Aubrey has to pick her own clothes because everytime we show her a cute shirt or something she will just say 'whatever'... Like, don't you find anything you like?" Abby said irritated.

"No, I don't find it cute because its too girly and you two were the ones who suggested this shopping thing so I'm just tagging along since its already hard for me to walk around with a dosen shopping bags." I argued.

"Okay girls... Let's just eat and stop fighting okay? Okay." Cole said to the rescue.

"YES!!!" I screamed while doing my happy dance.

James just chuckled and throw his arm on my shoulder. "Okay...you can stop dancing now or else the people here might think you're crazy,"

I stopped and blushed when I noticed that there are some people who were staring at me.

"Umm.. Uh l-lets go." I said stuttering while putting my head on James' chest.

They just all laugh and we headed to Mcdo eat. As we enter, I noticed that Jacob was here with his friends from the football team and he was staring at me. Well... More like, he's staring at the arm around me. That's when I realized that James's arm was still around me so I shrug it off.

James doesn't usually do that, he isn't the touchy type of a guy. Yeah we're close but we always keep our distance or atleast when he puts his arm around me he usually removed it after a few moments.

It was only a friendly gesture. My head said. Yeah.. It was only a friendly gesture.

So after I removed his arm, I glanced at Jacob if he was still looking but unfortunately he was already busy talking with his friend.

I sigh and walk to the counter to order my food. After that, my friends and I sat at a table near the window so I took the window seat while James was next to me and Mia was next to him while Abby was in front of me and Cole was next to her.

Mia and Abby was chatting about a cute shirt that they saw while Cole and James was talking about our school's football team. While I, on the other hand, is still thinking about earlier and replaying what happened last night.

But my thoughts was disturbed when Abby noticed my silence and started kicking my ankle.

"OUCH!!" I screamed in pain while glaring at Abby. "Why did you do that?"

Abby smiled sheepishly at me and said "You were so deep in thought that you didn't hear me calling your name... so I kicked you."

"Why didn't you just tap me or something?" I asked her.

"Well... Where is the fun in that?" She said.

I glared at her. "I hate you right now. I don't think we can be friends anymore." I said jokingly.

"Aww... Is wittle Aubrey angry? Would you forgive me if I buy you some fries?" Abby said using a baby voice.

I pretend to think about it before smiling and saying "Make it a large one and you got yourself a deal."

They all laugh and finish their food before we all stand up and walk to another store.

This is such a long day of shopping.
