Naruto's Hero Academia

#3 Proposition

Izuku had done a lot of pacing before he was set to meet up with All Might, he didn't know what else to do, he didn't think he should tell anyone that he was going to meet up with THE number one hero who had an offer for a quirkless teen... he had been mulling over that for a while but as he did, he looked at his clock and saw that he had a few minutes... so he put on his shoes and turned towards his mom who was busy making dinner. 

"Izuku! Are you leaving?" Inko yelled from the kitchen to get Izuku's attention. "Yeah! I'll be back in a bit!" Izuku shouted back before opening the door to his apartment and started to jog over to where All Might said... Dagobah beach was an interesting choice, to say the least. A beach that was turned into a dump many years ago for illegal dumping that washed to shore or even right on the spot...

He stopped as he finally reached the beach and he grimaced at the state of the place, he remembered seeing this on a few occasions when he was younger but it was nowhere as bad as it was now. He looked back and forth before sitting on the wall overlooking the beach, mulling over his day for just a few minutes... "Young Midoriya." Izuku jumped slightly as he turned around to see All might standing there and he quickly got up and stood up straight.

"Why are we here All might?" He asked curiously as he looked back and forth at the beach and then to the hero. "Well, you asked if a quirkless person can be a hero, in theory... anyone can be a hero... but..." All might frowned slightly as he looked out towards the dump of a beach. "Many schools and hero agencies have tests that seem impossible with people with quirks that don't enhance their way of fighting..." All Might thought back to UA which from the past five years had become a difficult exam.

"So my proposition... I would like to give you my quirk." Izuku's mouth dropped as All Might waved his hand in an upward motion. "Close your mouth, it'll catch flies!" His laughter boomed making Izuku do as he was told but stuttered out, "T-That's impossible, q-quirks c-can't be given, it's t-true that many tried to figure out your quirk like a strength quirk or even a speed quirk but a quirk that can be given?" Izuku muttered and All Might sweatdropped.

"Yes well... this might shock you but..." All Might's form seemingly puffed into smoke and Izuku looked up to only see a skeleton-like man and Izuku looked back and forth from his left and right. "A-All Might?" The man who seemed to have a permanent frown on his face nodded. "Yeah, it's me." The man sighed before looking at Izuku in the eye. "I am kinda like the guys at the pool who suck in their gut to look buff." His metaphor made Izuku fall to the ground.

"But yes kid, my power is a stockpiling quirk that can be handed down like a torch, the more users the more power it gets each time." Izuku looked up at the man in shock. "B-But why me? I-If you gave it to someone with a quirk then they would be powerful just like you, why a quirkless nobody like me..." Izuku used the words of Katsuki Bakugo and looked down sorrowful.

"Well, because my master did the same thing." Izuku looked up in shock as All Might gave a small smile to the boy. "I wanted to be a hero to give everyone hope... and you have a similar ideology as me, so... I think you would be the perfect person to hand it down to." Izuku felt tears well up in his eyes as All Might suddenly waved his hands and laughed slightly sheepishly. "Come on kid, if your gonna be crying you'll get dehydrated!" 

Izuku wiped away his eyes and he smiled brightly, even with the tears falling down. "What's with blonds around me." He muttered making All Might blink and tilt his head in confusion. Shaking his head from the question All Might continued. "The reason we are here is so you can train. My quirk One for All needs a body strong enough to hold it or... there will be repercussions for it." All Might dialed back on what might happen.

Izuku nodded his head, it made sense... "I couldn't find a good secluded gym or dojo to train you so this can work for many things, cleaning up is one of the many mundane things Hero's do every day, but also you will need a lot of strength for all this." Izuku tilted his head. "My friend's family owns a dojo." Izuku paused as he said this... "friend... I guess he is..."  He smiled slightly.
