"Jojo", Caesar started, "when we arrive in Venice, I will introduce you to my coach, I expect you to treat her as you would your own mother."
"Fine, whatever", Joseph groaned.
You looked around frantically until you pointed to a dock.
"There!" You pointed catching Caesar's attention.
You walked towards a docked gondola. "Hey, Gondolier-" He was cut off by them throwing the oar into the air and knocking Joseph down.
"Jojo!" You cried out seeing your comrade knocked over.
The gondolier removed their mask showing a familiar face.
"Coach!" You and Caesar yelped.
Joseph jumped into the water using his Hamon to stand atop the water.
"Well, I would never hit a woman," Joseph gritted his teeth.
Your coach Lisa-Lisa Leapt into the air using the oar as a sort of high bar and snapped a breathing correction apparatus onto Joseph's face. Instantly, Joseph struggled to breathe.
"You can only breathe if you use the right rhythm, I allow you to remove the mask when you eat and brush your teeth."
Joseph wasn't listening at all "I'm gonna kill that-"
He was cut off by you clearing your throat.
"You will show Coach the same amount of respect you would show your mother." Caesar scolded him.
"Why don't we take a ferry to my island?" Lisa-Lisa proposed.
You and Caesar nodded. Eager, to master Hamon in a month.
"...This is my island, I saw no one was inhabiting it so, I turned it into my own home," Lisa-Lisa explained.
"And this!" she shouted to give a dramatic effect, "Is the Hell-Climb-Piller!" she shouted as she flung the doors open. You gasped in shock at how far the abyss went down for.
"I heard quite a few people died even attempting the Hell-Climb-Piller!" Caesar gasped.
"Well, we'll see if the rumours are indeed true." Lisa-Lisa shoved all three of you into the doorway, you fell into a wet and slick substance.
"That witch pushed us into a giant vat of oil!" Joseph angrily shouted.
You didn't have time to scold him this time
"Caesar what should we do?" You asked panicked.
"I have to be honest with you ____ I really don't know," Caesar said softly.
Just then, you saw Joseph try and use Hamon to extend his scarf so that he could climb up the pillar. Lisa-Lisa threw a few sabre-swords down which hit the scarf slicing it.
"The pillar accepts only Hamon!" She shouted.
At that brilliant moment of word association, You leapt onto the pillar using Hamon like a magnet you had full control of your Haman abilities only letting it escape through your fingertips. You slowly climbed up the pillar with Caesar not far behind you.
"Great thinking ___!" Caesar congratulated you. "However..." He cast a worried look at Joseph.
"Don't worry Caesar, Joseph, we'll all make it out."
You had made it past most of the pillar when you heard a clicking noise come from inside the pillar, you stopped and turned around to try and let Caesar and Joseph know.
"Guys-" You were cut off by a paper-thin sheet of oil slicing through space between you and your friends.
Caesar stuck a pen into the sheet of oil which sliced off the cap.
"Remember what I taught you?" You asked Caesar.
Caesar immediately used attracting Hamon to remain on the pillar and repelling Hamon to avoid being sliced in half by the oil. He slipped through and rejoined you, exhausted. The two of you leapt from the pillar landing on the solid ground surrounding it.
"Coach, you have to shut off the oil!" Caesar cried. "There's no way Jojo can control two types of Hamon at this point!" "Knowing him, he'd pull off some stupid do or die stunt!"
You looked down at Joseph, he didn't have a look of someone that had completely given up.
"___, I'm gonna...Make it!" You yelled. He used his Hamon to stick onto the oil which let him travel at high velocity towards the wall surrounding the pillar, he leapt from the oil and onto the wall slipping slowly as he was exhausted and could not control his breathing for much longer.
Caesar grabbed Joseph's wrist.
"Sorry coach, I couldn't let him fall back down and starve to death."
You saw Lisa-Lisa give a ghost of a smile.
"Don't let go, Caesar!" Joseph begged over and over for his friend to continue to have a grip on him. Eventually, you all made it out of the pillar room alive.
"Joseph, Caesar I want you to meet Logs and Messina." "They will be your instructors for the rest of the month."
"What about ____?" Caesar asked. You could see a hint of loneliness in his eyes when he asked about you.
"____ will be taking private lessons from me," Lisa-Lisa explained.
You smiled sweetly at Caesar as if to tell him "Everything's gonna be okay." Caesar smiled back.
"Training begins tomorrow," Lisa-Lisa said coldly.
The training was rigorous but, in the end, you all made it out. As a sort of final exam, you were all to fight your instructors.
Sorry about the late chapter update, school is wack and I don't have as much time to write as I would have. But, enjoy!
