"So how do you know what hamon is?" Caesar asked.

"I'm under training..." You said unsure if you should reveal your coach's name.

"Would you happen to be training under Lisa-lisa?" Caesar asked.

Your eyes widened in shock, how did this stranger know about Lisa-lisa?

"I trained under her for a number of years." Caesar told you as if he heard the question in your mind.

"Hey Caesar!" Joseph called. When he heard Joseph's voice, you saw a vein pop in Caesar's temple.

"Wanna play a game of cards? ____, you can play too." Joseph said showing an unopened deck of cards with a flourish.

"Sure!" You said. "Why not?"

Caesar jumped in the air and landed on the chair sitting cross legged. You sat in between Joseph and Caesar.

Joseph began dealing the cards. One for Caesar, one for you and, one for himself. One for you, one for Caesar and...

"Deal the cards right JoJo." Caesar said

"What do you mean Caesar?" Joseph said innocently.

"Deal. The. Cards. Right." Caesar said sternly. He grabbed Joseph's wrist and you saw a collection of aces, queens, kings and jacks fall out of his sleeve.

Joseph retaliated by grabbing one of Caesar's feet and saying quite loudly,

"What a shiny pair of mirrors you got there." Pointing at his shoes.

Speedwagon glared at the two boys. "Could you two stop fighting? We're supposed to meet someone. It's been four hours already Caesar."

From under the window, you heard a car horn. Joseph looked down and cried "What's a German soldier doing here?!"

"That's our ride." Caesar said getting up quickly.

"Everybody, this is Mark. He's a friend of mine and he's nice enough to take us to the Pillar men." Caesar said with a smile.

"You Englishmen are lucky to be able to see the Pillar men." Caesar said to Joseph and Speedwagon.

Caesar caught a glimpse of a locket that Mark had kept in the car. "Is this your girl?"

Mark blushed "Yes." "Truth is I'll be coming home next week to propose to her."

Caesar cheered congratulating his friend.

"Hey Jojo, do you have a girl of your own?" Caesar asked.

Joseph scoffed and glared out the window.

"I'll take that as a no. I don't understand why you don't have a girlfriend, you're such a great catch. Perhaps they're all too busy washing their hair."

"We're here." Mark said happily.

He opened the mouth of truth which turned out to be a secret entrance to an underground chasm.

You walked down the stairs with Mark in the lead. When you reached the bottom, Joseph yelped out from your right. "Gross! I stepped in bat dung!"

He then looked around for a few seconds. "That's weird, where are all the guards?"

"Hello?!" Joseph cried out to the depths of the chamber. "Hello?!"

"Jojo's got a point." Speedwagon said from behind you a hint of terror evident in his normally calm voice.

"Guards are supposed to be posted all around here." Caesar said.

Mark turned on his flashlight and you were met with a gruesome sight. All of the guards had their insides removed so that it was as if they were deflated like balloons. To make things worse, it looked like they had been connected together at some point. You looked down at where Joseph's foot was placed. Right on a soldier's face.

Mark ran screaming.

"Stop! whatever did this could still be here!" Joseph yelled after Mark.

"Jojo's right!" Speedwagon added.

Too late, Mark ran into or should have run into a very tall man. Instead, he phazed right through taking half of Mark's body with him.

Mark fell to the ground.

"Please Caesar, it hurts, make it stop." Mark begged. "It's so cold."

Caesar held Mark close, before using his hamon to end Mark's misery.

He took the picture of Mark's girlfriend and looked at Joseph. Both holding a valiant pose.

"Let's go." Caesar cried.

"Right!" You followed close behind. The three of you charging towards the mysterious Pillar man.
