I could never understand why, I knew what my name meant the meaning but my mother always told me one day you will understand why I named you Valentina

Was it because I was born on valentines day. Did my dad spoil my mother that much or was it about the love in their relationship

No one has ever measured, not even the poets how much love a human heart can hold

Until a day

Her heart was broken for the first Time

She had to walk away from temporary because she was not ready stay forever

Love is not what makes the world go round, love is learning to enjoy the journey

If they don't accept your past and inspire your future, then they are not worthy of your present

Anyone can love a thing because it's easy to put a penny in your pocket, but to love someone despite. To know the flaws and love them too. That is rare and pure and perfect.

They had a cup of tea and all she said was mum I understand, that was the best cup of tea they had in a long time.

As far as her mom was concerned, tea fixed everything. Have a cold? Have some tea. Broken bones? There's a tea for that too. Somewhere in her mother's pantry, Valentina suspected, was a box of tea that said, 'In case of Armageddon, stir three to five minutes.

Though I knew the "what"
My name carried and meant
But even after trying never could I
Grasp the understanding of the "why"

Mom would always tell me
"One day you'll eventually see
Oh my Valentina dear
Then all would be clear"

Even so I couldn't help wondering
My mind endlessly pondering
Was it because in a fateful way
I was born on Valentine's day?

Was it father loved mom so much
I was a little attempt return of such?
Or was it just about their passion
That inevitably came to fruition?

And none could have ever measured
Neither in poet's language so structured
As a sensual sensitive lyrical seer
Can't even transcript heart's love I hear

"Till comes the fearful morrow
Stumbling on me with sorrow
For such is how the heart would break
As the first time is so hard to take"

She then had to go on a little walk
Because she wasn't ready yet to talk
About anything pertaining forever
With the pain still pouring all over

And as she contemplates on her road
Coming across something on the ground
"Love doesn't make the world go round
It's about enjoying a journey we found"

"If one can't accept all that's in your past
Nor inspire any in your future to last
Then one doesn't deserve your present
As neither one nor you won't be content"

"It's quite easy to love for the penny
Who wouldn't be tempted by money?
Though to know and love despite flaws
That is rare pure perfect love that glows and flows."

As I enjoy my tea along with my mother
While ruminating what she shared of her
"Mum, I understand" I finally said
It's the best cup in a long while we had.
