Chapter 1.3

Gulf's POV

At the Restaurant.

"P'Mild....let me stay at your house tonight." I greeted him, when he came back from delivery.

I went to Mild's workplace to drink away all my sorrow.

"Gulf! Wah, why are you so drunk? I'm going to knock soon. You wait for me a while. Stop drinking." Mild said, approaching me when he saw me wobble.

"Urgh." I decided to wait for Mild at the table in the corner unknowingly for what to come.

"Hey, over there." said the stranger 1 when he spot me.

Stranger 2, "Eh, it's him?" looking at Gulf.

Stranger 1, "Yeah, he's the one."

Stranger 2, "Sure?"

"Are you Gulf Kanawut?" said the strangers approaching me.

"Eh?" I asked, still holding my throbbing head.

Stranger 2, "If you are gay, then stop hitting on other people's girlfriend. You're disgusting, trash! Stop getting close to Eye"

"I don't know who you are. But are you angry because you like P'Eye or because you hate me?"

Stranger 2, "Eh?"

"Apologize to her if you like her!! Stop beating her!! You are trash! Go and die!!!" I said pointing my finger at him. I'm so pissed right now.

Stranger 2, "What!!! You're just gay. What's there to be arrogant about.."

The people in the restaurant start looking at us and talking to themselves.

"I don't know where you heard that...so what if I'm gay? Let me tell you about my taste. I like guys that are stronger and smarter than me. Tall and handsome..." I am so absorbed into my speech that I didn't notice that someone I know well entered the restaurant. "I can never get hard at the sight of you" I added with my sassy voice, pushing my hair to the back.

Eye's boyfriend rendered speechless, blush on his face.

Mild who don't know what to do with his friend just stay quiet on the corner.

Stranger 2, "Damn! We'll take this outside!!"

"You're on!!"

'Oh no. I have to stop them.' thought Mild.

When Mild was about to step up and stop the fight, the customer who went inside earlier stop him and pass by him.

Mild, "Eh..."

"Gulf, are you calling me?" said Mew, hugging Gulf behind, holding his one arm that's ready to fight.

"Mew!? Why.." Eye's boyfriend asked with a shocked expression.

"This guy is trained. You better not..." Mew said smiling at them, still hugging Gulf.

"Urgh!!"

"Let's go." said the stranger 1, running away from the restaurant.

"What are you doing, Mew? Don't bother about me!"

Mew, "Shaddup, you drunkard! Don't give trouble to the people around you."

Gulf who is guilty of his action didn't know what to say so he just stay quiet.

"Let's go back." Mew said, grabbing Gulf's arm to follow him.

"Hey! Wait!! Mew!"

'Eh? It was just a lover's spat!? It really bothers me!' thought Mild, shocked.

"Eh? They're friends? Both of them really give off a good feeling
when they stand beside each other." said the guy who attended the same college as them.

Mild, "Yeah, seems so..."
'They don't hang out together when they're in college. But it seems that Gulf is the one that always calls out to him'

Mild, "Eh..he is being taken care of all along."

Walking Home

"Let go of me, Mew!" I said to Mew who is still holding my hand and pulling me match his pace.

Mew, "You'll run away if I let go."

"I won't"

"I wouldn't be sure of that." said Mew, not believing him.

"P'Mild called you?"

Mew, "N-O. It's easy to find out with your way of doing things. Idiot. And, don't provoke people like those guys. It just pisses me off."

"What is there for you to get angry about?"

"How would I know!?" Mew said, angrily.

"To you I am just a refreshing and rare toy that arouses your interest. You got pissed off because someone else teased your toy." I said, stopping my tracks.

"You're amazing! That is exactly how I feel!" Mew said with his sparkle aura.

"Go and die a hundred times!" I said, angrily.

Mew, "Jusy now, I felt as if my thing was touched..by someone else.."

'Nn...Why am I getting all excited!? An idiot?' I thought when I hear my heart start beating fast that make me deaf.

"Ah! You're getting happy." said Mew, laughing out loud with his goofy expression.

"I'm not!!!" I defended, blushing angrily at Mew. "Who would be happy when treated as a toy..."

Mew grab my hand and said, "There's one here."

I feel my cheeks getting hot, blush still on my face. I lower my gaze as I can't bring myself to look at him.

When suddenly...Mew kissed me.

"Bastard! What are you doing!? Didn't you say you won't patronize me?" I said angrily, wiping my lips.

"You were so cute." Mew's simple answer, smiling sweetly.

As If I'm in my dream...but at the same time, it's as if I'm in hell.

Mew, "I wasn't patronizing you just now. Just keep working hard like this and let me fall in love with you."
You decided to let go of your feelings for me and run away?" he continue, staring at me.

"That's right!" I said, staring back at him.

Will what is waiting for me up ahead be wonderful days?
