"Chad Goldfarb runs past the other opponents he shoots he, he scores! Chad Goldfarb wins the National Basketball tournament thingy! Whoo!!! Chad! Chad! Chad! Chad!" Chad laughs as hhe gets a drink of water.
"I beat myself in a game of 1 on 1 Ally. I didn't win a Larry O'Brian" (A/N I think that's what it's called. I don't know anything about basketball so sorry if I got that wrong plz let me know in the comments)
"Well when you put it that way it doesn't sound very impressive. You may not of won one of those but you did win a Alison Monroe." Chad laughs
"Your funny Ally."
"It is my gift." She says tossing her hair over her shoulders.
"But I think I'll stay in acting."
"Whatever, suit yourself." She shrugged and began to pick up her stuff as Chad's parents came out. "Bye Mrs and Mr Goldfarb!" She said as she hopped on her pink bike and rodde away
"Bye Alison!" They replied. Then they turned to Chad. "Chad sweetie we have some big news."
"You've finally decided to change our last name from Goldbarf."
"No, Chad sorry."
"But I hate being Chad Goldbarf."
"Chad, who calls you that?"
"Some kids at school." Chad's mom sighed.
"Well I'm sorry about that but no that's not the news. Chaddy, we're moving."
"We're WHAT?!"
Chad's POV
"We're WHAT?!" I look at my mom in disbelief. "When?"
"Today actually." I look at my mom in shock.
"we're sorry for the sudden plans but I just go offered a HUGE promotion and they said take it or leave it now or never." My dad says. I can't beleive he would up root our intire lives for some promotion!
"You gonna have to give me more details later but I need to say bye to Ally! I can't leave without telling her."
"Okay we'll drive you over there now." My mom said opening the back door for me. I get in and we drive over to Ally's house. I walk up and knock on the door. Her mom answers.
"Oh hello Chad! How nice to see you. Ally just got home she's in her room."
"Okay thank you Mrs. Monroe. May I go up there?"
"Of course." She heads to the stairs "Ally! Chad's here to see you!"
"Okay mom! Thanks!" I head up the stairs and knock on Ally's door "Come on in!" I open the door and sit down on her bed where she was reading a book.

Ally's room
"Um, Ally?"
"Yeah?"
"I'm um, moving."
"Your what?!"
"I'm moving my dad got a huge promotion and we have to leave today."
"W-w-where are you going?"
"Um, I don't actually know. My dad hasn't giving me any details yet."
"Wow. So this may be the last time I see you?"
"No. I promise you we WILL meet again."
"And still be besties?"
"For sure!"
"Well, until then" We do our classic handshake and give each other a hug before I go to leave "Chad wait." She hands me a red model motorcycle in a glass case "I know how much you like model vehicles I was gonna give it to you for your birthday but.." I give her a hug.
"I love it. I don't really have anything for you though." I think of what I could give her. "Actually wait! I do!" I pull out a picture from my pocket "Here. It's a picture my mom took on the first day we met. I forgot to give it to you earlier."
"It's perfect." We hug again
"Well I'd better get going."
"Yeah."
"Bye Ally."
"Bye Chad." With that I left. When I went Home everything looked different. There were boxes full of things everywhere.
"Um, dad where are we moving to?"
"Oh!We didn't tell you did we?"
"Uh, no."
"Well, we're going to L.A."
"L.A.?! As in Los angeles?! As in 2,000 miles away from here?!"
"I'm sorry kiddo but look on the bright side. With us living in LA you can focas on your acting career."
"Yeah I guess that's a plus."
"And you know what we always say!" my mom says
"Focus on the positive not the negative" We say together.
