Chapter 8: It's a Date

            *PANIC ATTACK/CRYING*

            *GAY* (Obliviously) 

            This story continues from the last chapter so make sure you read that first :)

            Clay walks up to George and pins him against the wall.   Both stare into each other's eyes. George pulls Clay closer to his chest, their lips touching.  "You gonna kiss me now?".  Clay leans towards George and their lips touch.   Clay grabs his hands around George's hips as they kiss.  George grabs Clay's hair as they continue to kiss.  Clay quickly sits up from his dream, sweat dripping from his body.  Clay gets up from his bed then walks to the kitchen for breakfast. "Morning Clay" Sapnap says while cooking breakfast. "Hey Nick".  Clay looks around the room to see only him and Sapnap there in the kitchen. Sapnap turns around towards Clay with his breakfast and says, "Karl and George are still sleeping so it's just us".  "Well I guess we can just have breakfast without them". Sapnap says while eating the eggs he made. Karl comes walking into the room. "Hey guys". "Hey Karl, how did you sleep?" Sapnap says.  Karl rubs his eyes very tiredly, "Ok I guess, I just have a headache but that's all".  Clay reaches into his cupboard and takes out some ibuprofen and hands it to Karl. "Here, take some of these". "Thanks Dre...Clay". George walks into the room, his hair all a mess. "What happened last night?".  They all start to laugh. "What? What's funny?". "Your hair is a mess!" Sapnap says. "Whatever" George responds.

            After breakfast, the boys hang out talking with each other about what happened last night until they decide to stream.  "Alright the stream is ready" Clay says walking away from the computer. "Ok I'll start it and don't talk about the truth or dare" George says with a little blush on his face. "Ok, I'm starting the stream" says Karl pressing the start streaming. "Hey guys! George, Karl, Dream and I all meet up so surprise!".  The chat goes absolutely crazy.  They don't know what to say.  "Anyway, what do you guys want to do?" Sapnap says looking at the group. "Maybe a QNA?" Dream says out of frame. George says "Sure. Leave questions for us". The chat starts to fill up with questions. George looks at a donation and reads it aloud. "When did you decide to meet up?".   Sapnap thanks the person for the donation. Dream starts to talk "Well since me, George, and Sapnap had our little...argument, I decided to ask them if they wanted to visit to meet up and they said yes. Then Sapnap asked Karl if he wanted to come as well and that is how we ended up here".   The stream continues with the team answering questions until they decide to call up Wilbur on discord.

            "Hey Wilbur" "Hey Dream, what are you doing?".  Sapnap then takes the phone, "Hanging out with us then with you".  George and Karl then say Hi. "Oh hey yall, I didn't know you guys met up".  "It was unexpected but we made it work" George responds. "That's cool, I was just on a call with Niki until you messaged me". All say, "Oooo".  The chat starts to spam "Awww". "It's not a big thing guys, we were just talking". " "Just talking", yeah right" Sapnap says and makes all of them laugh.  Wilbur starts to blush a little bit but laughs it off.  They continue to talk for another more minutes until Niki joins the call. "Hey guys! How are you?". "We are good, Sapnap, George, and Karl are here too". "Oh that's cool! Hey Sapnap, George, and Karl!". "I came to tell Wilbur I am getting off since he is talking to you guys and I'm going to get something to eat".  Wilbur quickly replies, "Wait Niki, I can talk to you. I was just talking to these guys for a bit". "Oh ok, I guess I'll wait in VC3 then. Talk to you guys soon! Bye Sapnap, George, Karl, and Dream". "Bye Niki" they say.  Niki leaves the call. "Well guys I'm going to leave to talk to Niki now. Bye". Sapnap responds "Simp". "Wait wh-", Wilbur gets kicked from the call.   Everyone starts to laugh. "We should call Bad and prank him," Sapnap says. "Hm, maybe. You guys want to call him?" George says, turning to the others. "Let's all swear at him and yell at him" Dream says.  The chat starts spamming cuss words and spamming to call him. Dream goes to Bad's contact on discord and calls him. The phone rings, rings, and rings until finally Bad answers. "Hey Dre-". Everyone cuts him off and starts to scream cuss words at him.  Karl screams at the top of his lungs whilst the others cuss "AGH LANGUAGE!!!" Bad yells angrily. "We had to!" Sapnap says laughing. "So what are you doing Bad?" Dream asks. "I'm actually on my way to Skeppy's at the moment. He invited me over since he lost a bet so we are going to hang out". "Ooo, so you guys are gonna make out or something? That is what it means right?" Dream answers. "WHAT!?" Bad says blushing intensively. "I hate you guys" Bad says, still blushing. Sapnap chirps in, "You love us. Just like you love Skeppy". "WE ARE JUST FRIENDS!" Bad yells trying to deny Sapnap. Everyone is laughing while Dream thinks. "Just friends...are we just friends?".  Annoyed, Bad says, "I'm leaving you guys. I'm almost there anyway". "Alright fine. Bye Bad" Dream says. "Byeee" all the boys say.  Dream says quickly,"Vurb would be proud." Bad hangs up. "Well keep sending in questions guys!" Karl says while smiling happily. Time pasts by with them answering questions from the chat. Sapnap starts to read off a donation, "Sexuality reveal?". He looks at the others. "Well I'm straight," Sapnap says, lying. "Me too" Karl says, also lying. "I don't want to talk about my sexuality. That is my information, sorry" Dream says.   Lastly there is George. "What about you George?" Karl asks. "Oh me? I'm definitely straight". Dream's heart breaks. "I literally would never date a dude. That's just not me. I like women" Dream's is heartbroken.  He likes girls...girls...no boys.  Dream gets up from his chair. "I have to go to the bathroom, be right back". Dream walks out of the room and starts to slowly tear up.  He walks into the bathroom and drops onto the floor and starts to cry.  Tears dip down his face as he says, "George told me he loved me...was he lying to me?" Dream says leaning against the wall.  Meanwhile the others continue to answer questions.  Minutes start to pass by and Dream hasn't returned from the bathroom.  Sapnap decides to go check up on Dream.  "I'm going to check up on Dream" Sapnap says leaving the room. Sapnap knocks on the bathroom door, "Hey Clay, you ok in there?". No response. "Clay?". Still no response. Sapnap listens through the door and hears Clay, "I can't like a straight man...I can't like a straight man...I can't like a straight man...". Sapnap slowly opens the door, "Hey Clay...what's going on?". Clay looks at Nick and quickly wipes his eyes. "Oh Hey Nick" Clay quickly stands up. "What happened? Your eyes are all puffy". "I'm ok really! I was just leaving...". "Clay...". Clay smiles, "I am great now. if you excuse me I am leaving now...". Clay starts to walk towards the door. Nick puts his hand in the doorway, "Clay wait...". "MOVE". Clay starts to push his way out the room. Nick wraps his hands around Clay hugging him. Clay struggles to leave the room, he slowly starts to cry and falls to the ground.  Clay cries in Nick's arms. "Tell me what happened Clay". Clay looks at Nick.  Clay takes a deep breath and starts to talk to Nick. "When George said he was straight I just thought...I can't like a straight man.  George will probably think I'm weird for liking him...and dreaming about him." "George is your best friend. He won't think you are weird for liking him. What do you mean dream about him?". That night I dreamt that when we were playing truth or dare...I kissed him.  After you put Karl to bed George said...he loved me. I thought he truly meant it but he was just drunk. I should've known". "Oh...well I think you should tell him you like him. You don't' have to tell him now but you should tell him before he leaves". "What...how am I supposed to tell him I like him?". "You can talk to him as usual to make him happy then just tell him. If he was a real friend he would be ok with it. You want to know a secret?". Clay looks up at Nick, "...I guess so".  Nick looks at Clay in the eyes, "If it makes you feel better...I like a guy too". Clay was shocked, "Really?". "Yeah...I've liked many men at the same time also but I dropped feelings for two of them". "That...That actually does make a feel better actually".  Nick smiles at Clay, "That's good".  The two hug and get up.  Nick opens the door and looks back at Clay, "Get yourself cleaned up. See you in a bit". "Thanks Nick".  Nick walks out of the room towards the others. Clay goes to the sink and splashes his face with water then looks at the mirror. He stares into the mirror. The water on his face starts to drip off his face into the sink. He closes his eyes. He sees him and George together laughing on the couch with Nick and Karl. They are all laughing together having a great time. Clay opens his eyes. "See Clay? Nothing bad will happen with you and George". Clay quickly dries his face and exits the room. Clay opens the door to his streaming room. "What were you doing in there?" George says. "What do you think I was doing? I went to the bathroom".  They continue the stream answering questions and overall just having a great time. "Well we will start to wrap up the stream here chat".  The chat spams "NOOO". "Sorry guys it's getting late and we are going to get something to eat so bye chat". "Wait, lets raid this dude," Nick says, pointing at the screen to a user called RanbooLive. "Sure why not" Clay says. Dream types "Raid RanbooLive". Clay then waves his hand in the frame saying goodbye.  Everyone waves goodbye and they raid Ranboo.  Ranboo is playing on a Minecraft survival world.  He looks at his chat and see's "Raid!, Dream Raid!". The raid donation puts up onto the streamers screen. "Omg! 100k raid?! Thank you Dream so much!". Ranboo continues to thank Dream many times. Clay smiles and types welcome in his chat and leaves the stream.  "Finally, I was getting hungry," Sapnap says, getting up from his chair. "We can go get dinner if you want. I'll call us an uber" Clay says. "Ok, its a date.  I'll put the set up away". "I'll help," Karl says, going to Sapnap's aid.  Nick smiles with a little blush on his face. Clay walks out of the room, George follows. "How did you think the stream went Nick?". "I think it went well, did you think not?". "No no of course not but Dre...Clay was in the bathroom for a while. When you went to check on Dream you were gone for a while too. Did something happen?". Nick starts to panic, "Um..well I went to him and asked if he was good and he said that he was fine so I went to get a drink from the kitchen and a snack". Close call. "Why? You jealous Jacobs?". Karl's face turns red. "I...NO...WHY WOULD I BE JEALOUS!?". Nick chuckles. Nick grabs Karl's waist and pulls him closer to him. "Your cute Jacobs". "...I...wha",  Nick lets go and winks towards the brown haired blushing Karl. Nick walks out of the room. Karl stands in the middle of the room by himself shocked that they were so close to each other. "What. the. honk. just. happened".

            Clay is calling a uber on his phone until George sitting in the kitchen says, "What happened in the bathroom?". Clay froze. He couldn't say he was crying about him. "I...I was washing my face and stuff". George walks up to Clay and grabs his hands and holds them close to him. "You know you can tell me anything right Clay?". "...Of course I do George but I like keeping stuff to myself anyway. You can tell me anything too". Both smile at each other, "I know Clay". Both stare into each other's eyes and slowly start to get closer. Sapnap barges into the room "Hey guys, I'm ready". George and Dream quickly release hands from each other. "Ooooo" Sapnap says, walking towards the two. "Were you making out over here?". "No weren't Nick," George says, walking away from Dream. "Whatever". 

            Clay walks away from George and Sapnap and goes towards the garage. He goes to his car and opens the garage to see a white car pulling up to his house. A woman and a girl come out of the car. "Hey Honey," the woman says walking up to him with the girl following behind. "Hey mom. I wasn't expecting you to come today, I thought you were coming tomorrow". "I decided to come today since your sister is busy tomorrow morning". "Oh ok. We were just about to leave but I guess we can wait".  All three of them walk back into the house. George looks at Dream, "Hey Clay is the car rea...". George and Dream's mom look at each other. "I'm guessing you are George? Clay talks about you all the time". "I...yes I'm George nice to meet you" George takes out his hand to shake her hand. "Nice to meet you George", they both shake hands. She starts to walk around to the others introducing herself. "Yeah sorry about that, I didn't know she was coming". "It's fine,'' George says giving Clay a smile. "Why did I have to come mom?" Clay's little sister says walking up to her mom. "Because you are visiting your brother darling". "Whatever, I'm going to play with Patches" she says walking away towards the female cat meowing. "That is my sister. You can call her Drista since she doesn't want others to know her name". "Understandable I guess". George walks up to Drista to get to know her. "Hey Drista, do you have any hobbies?". Drista looks up at George with Patches in her hands, "No". George awkwardly answers "That's...nice". "Can I ask you a question George?". "Sure what is it?". "Do you like my brother?". George's mouth drops open in shock, "I..no why you ask?" George says blushing. "Just wondering", she continues to pet Patches. Clay's family stays for a while then Clays mom walks up to Clay. "Clay?" "Yes mom" "You guys should go to dinner before it gets too late. Me and your sister will make desert". "Oh Ok I'll go get George and the others". Clay walks away from his mom. She says something under her breath, "Go get him son". Clay walks into his room and gets the others to leave to dinner. All the boys walk out of the door. "I bet you $20 that Clay will come back with him and George dating," Drista says, grabbing a drink out of the fridge. "Bet" her mom says cleaning the room.
