It's always okay to let out your feelings

I myself struggled with letting others know about my problems, but once I finally told someone about it, things got so much easier. I know how hard it can be to trust people with your emotions, but sometimes, it can be more dangerous to keep them to yourself than to tell someone about them. Letting out my thoughts and feelings felt like a weight being lifted off of my chest. Letting someone know what you're going through not only takes off the stress of keeping it a secret but also allows your friends and family to help you through it. They all care about you and your mental health. And even if they dont, there'll always be someone else out there that can and will help you. If you just hang in there, you'll realize just how many people would help you out and care for you. I and so many others LOVE. YOU. And I want you to always remember that, no matter what. :)
