Chapter Two

When I got to the bottom of the staircase I realized I had forgotten to eat breakfast so I made my way over to the kitchen, leaving my suitcase and backpack behind me.

"This is it Samantha were here!!" My mom squeaked cheerfully, causing me to snap out of my haze and look out the window, to see my new college. This was it. This was the moment I was waiting for!! College! I practically jumped out of the car from how excited I was to get to my dorm. I grabbed my stuff from the trunk and started walking toward my dorm with my mom following shortly behind me.

We were almost to my dorm room when a tall boy with brown curly hair bumped right into me, causing my stuff to fall to the ground. And being the clutz I am, I stumbled backward over my stuff and fell on the ground. The curly haired boy rushed to my side,"oh my gosh are you okay? I'm so sorry!" He said as he reached his hand out to help me up. "yeah I'm fine." I replied with and embarrassed face. I could feel my face getting redder by the second, and this guy was absolutely cute! And he just saw me fall, ughhh this sucks. "I'm harry." He said with a chuckle before running his hand through his hair, pushing the curls back away from his forehead. "I'm Samantha." I replied with a smile; nervously playing with the hem of my shirt.

"Umm.. Samantha I think I'm gonna get going, I have some things to do today. But I hope you have a great day honey, I'll call you later! Bye!" My mom said from behind me causing me to turn and face her. "Ok see ya mom!" I replied before giving her a big hug and turning back to the curly haired boy, to find him starring right at me.
