•Tsukishima Kei | Idiot

'Listen you can't just not give a shit about math class! It's really important that you pass you idiot!' Y/n's boyfriend was making a ruckus in the hallway, catching the attention of other students.

'Listen Kei I won't even use this shit when I grow up so why does it even matter?' Y/n rolled his eyes as he was walking alongside the tall blonde. 'You need to get good grades in general so you can get into a good art university!' Tsukishima continued, his tone quieter this time. 'It makes me really angry that you're so smart yet you put such a small amount of effort in school and everyone always tells me how stupid you are and wonders why we are together.' The middle blocker sighed and ruffled his hair. 'I'm sorry I just don't find this useful in the long run so I won't try. It's as easy as that.' Y/n shrugged and entered the gym.

'Y/N!!' Tanaka yelled from across the gym, waving at the h/c boy. Y/n smiled and waved back at his friend, jogging over to him, leaving his boyfriend in the doorway. Tsukishima quietly took off his shoes and changed in his volleyball uniform, listening to Yamaguchi talk about his day. 'Tsukki? What's wrong? You're quieter than usual.' The green haired cinnamon roll asked, stopping himself in the middle of his storytelling. 'It's nothing that can't be fixed. Y/n is just being annoying.' Kei said monotonously.

Daichi had noticed the tension between the two boys and was determined to have them make up by the end of practice.

Y/n's POV

'Y/N AND TSUKISHIMA!' Daichi's voice rang through the gym. 'What.' Both me and Kei replied rudely, then proceeded to glare at each other. I heard Daichi sigh 'You'll be playing a match against Asahi and Nishinoya.' He smiled brightly at us. 'Tsk' was all that was heard from Kei and that made my blood boil.

We went onto the court and started the match and, as expected, everything went wrong in all the ways possible, which made my mood plunge into the deepest depths of the earth. I sat on a bench, discouraged and sad, since I didn't have anymore energy to be mad, and hugged my knees. I heard footsteps approach me and then someone flicked my forehead. I looked up into Kei's eyes and he handed me an onigiri. I took it and began munching on it, then he sat down next to me.

The tension was insane until I heard Kei's voice. 'I'm sorry for yelling at you earlier...' he mumbled and I nodded, which we both knew was a way of me saying 'it's alright'.

It was silence again until I felt a hand cup my cheek and found myself feeling my boyfriend's soft lips on mine. The kiss broke and he hugged me then I felt myself melting into his touch. 'I'm sorry I'm an idiot...' I mumbled into his shoulder. 'You're my idiot.' Kei smiled at me and then kissed my forehead. 'and I love you.'
