Aurora's POV

I woke up and went downstairs for breakfast, I looked around and noticed my mom wasn't home. I opened the front door to see if her car was there. I look down at my feet and see a vase filled with sunflowers. I already knew who it would be from.

A couple weeks ago Felix told me that I reminded him of a sunflower. He said because they're yellow and pretty. Yellow is his happy colour, and apparently I'm his happy person.

I picked up the vase and read the note card.

"Something to make you smile -F"

He is the best at doing surprises like these, and he knows it.

I bring in the vase of sunflowers and bring them upstairs and put them on my bathroom counter. They look stunning with the white theme of my bathroom.

I text Phelia and ask if she can come visit, if she wanted.

"Of course, how could I turn down my bestfriend."

Ophelia is the sweetest person you could ever come across. She has always been there for me, she's like the sister I never had. My mom agrees with that as well.

"Come to my house at 5, love you" I texted her back.

She replies with a simple "alright see you there!".

Even simple texts like that make me smile. Before I met Felix Phelia was the only person I could talk to about anything, it was crazy.

After I found out that Ophelia was coming over I texted the groupchat.

"Ophelia is coming over to mine at 5, if you guys would like to join in all are welcome, please come at 6 -A" I texted them.

Ophelia and I need at least an hour to get out of our pj's and talk to each other before the boys come over.

5pm

Ophelia just pulled into my driveway, she walked into the door with a big grin on her face.

"So when are you getting your license?"

"After I turn 17, how many times do I need to explain that?!" I say with laughter.

Honestly I don't know why everyones always on my back to get a license. I'll pay the gas money god.

I went up to Ophelia and gave her a hug to welcome her.

"It feels like so long since we've hung out, just us." she told me with the grin still on her face.

"I know it feels like ages, don't forget the boys are coming over in an hour."

"You're right, let's go actually try and look presentable." Phelia states with a laugh.

She leads the two of us upstairs to my bathroom, she is a skin shade darker than me so she always brings her own base products. She spends time out of the house though, so i'm never surprised.

Soon later both the boys showed up, together. As always.

"Where's Ms.Gray?" Roman asked us.

At this point we think he only comes over to talk to my mom and eat her cookies.

"She's left for the weekend."

"So you have the whole house to yourself?" Roman asked again.

"Yeah I guess."

He looks amazed at me, maybe his parents think he's throwing a huge party. He would but that's besides the point.

We put on a movie, it was Romans pick tonight.
