For the last few weeks Hero's been taking care of me while I get better. I am so lucky to have him in my life. He holds me on nights that I wake up scared thinking I'm still at Kings estate. Tomorrow's the big day. Not only will I be turning 18 but it's my first day back to school in months. I'm a little nervous. I woke up before Hero and started making breakfast. Just as I was finishing putting our plates on the table he started to get up off the bed.I turned around to clean up my mess before I could sit down and join him. He came up and wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me back into his grace as he pecked my head.
"Good morning baby." He said in a groggy voice.
"Good morning."
"I didn't know you could cook." He said picking up a grape from beside me.
"Yes I can thank you very much." I said grabbing the plate of flour to dump it.
"I'm just really shocked you didn't burn the place down."
I turned to him with my mouth open in shock while he was smirking. Then quickly closed my mouth.
"Hero you have a little something on your face. Do you want me to get it?"
His smirk left quickly. "What? Where?" He asked trying to wipe his face off.
"Right here." I replied as I quickly grabbed a handful of flour and dropping it on top of his head then moving behind him.
"Oh you're going to get it." He said as he reach for some flour also.
I started stepping back. "Oh no the big scary boss man's going to get me." I said with wide eyes and my hands by my mouth while backing up.
"Oh yes he is." Hero said smirking coming forward.
I took off running to run behind the couch but he caught me quickly. He held me with one arm around my waist as I leaned away from him but my body was facing him.
"Please honey let's talk about this for a moment. You love me right. You don't want to do this." I pleaded.
He smirked down at me and shook his head. "Now what kind of how did you say it? Big scary boss man would I be if I didn't get my revenge?"
"One that loves me?" I tried my best.
"Sorry doll that's not going to save you." And with that he dumped flour on my head too. "Now that my revenge is complete let's get cleaned up so we can eat."
We took a shower together. Hero and I still haven't slept together but he doesn't push me either which I'm thankful for. We showered in our underwater to get the flour out. We turned around and faced each other and just stared. He took a step towards me and I did the same. Soon our lips were touching. Then we started making out. He backed me into the wall as a wrapped my arms around him. After a few minutes he moved down to my neck while sliding my bra strap off. Flashbacks of the time with King and Devil popped in my head. My breath hitched as I pushed lightly on Hero's shoulders. He stopped and looked at me.
"I can't. I'm sorry." I said looking down.
"Hey look at me." Hero said gently as he cupped my face.
I looked in his eye's to see a caring emotion.
"You do not ever have to be sorry. You're not ready. I understand. You have been through a lot and I'm not going to push you."
I smiled lightly. "I love you."
"I love you too." he said stepping back. "Now let's get some dry clothes on so we can go see if you poisoned me or not."

"Are you sure you're ready?" Hero asked as he helped me out of the truck.
"I have to face this sooner or later." I said taking a deep breath.
