Jin pov:

I look down. My head spins. I broke her heart. I don't want to. I didn't want to. But, I don't feel that way. I-I ruined everything.

She stands up. "Um I'm not feeling well...tell Jinyoung I'm heading home," she says softly. Her phone starts buzzing but she doesn't pick up till I tell her to do so. "Jisoo, pick it up."

She swipes the screen and puts the phone next to her ear. "Hello?"

Her lips tremble. She cuts the call and runs in the other direction. I get up and run after her. "Jisoo?" I yell, but she doesn't answer. "Where's your car?!"

She shouts, irritatedly. "Umm-"

"JUST TELL ME, WHERE IS YOUR FUCKING CAR?!"

I point to the car on the other side of the road and she runs towards it. "Drive me to the hospital. Now," she says, her expression darkens.

"Yes," I respond quickly. Still unsure of why she wanted to go to the hospital all of a sudden. I sit down and step on the accelerator.

"Jisoo..about that.." I start but she stops me mid sentence.

"Not right now Jin. I don't have time for rejection. JUST DRIVE ME TO THE HOSPITAL AS FAST AS YOU CAN," she yells. I do so and keep quiet. The second we reach, she jumps out and runs inside.

I ran after her. She quickly runs up the stairs and barges into a room. It was filled with doctors and nurses and her mom. Jisoo pushes past them and runs to....

Her grandma on the bed.

"GRANDMA!" She yells. Her hands cup her grandmother's face and she cries. Oh jisoo.

That's the first time I have seen her cry..

"You can still save her," she says while vigorously wiping away her tears. "Ma'am...she is gone," a nurse says.

"NO. THAT'S YOUR FUCKING JOB. YOU CAN SAVE HER. SHE IS HERE SHE ALWAYS WILL BE. SHE PROMISED THAT SHE WOULDN'T LEAVE ME," she shouts and tears rapidly rush down her cheeks. She starts shaking her grandmother. "No. You're here right? No. SHE IS HERE." she yells. I jump in and pull her away. She shouts and tries shoving me away. Her face turns towards me for a second. Her eyes....they looked shattered. Tears rushed down and didn't stop. It was like her most precious thing in the world had been snatched away. Well.....her most precious person was...

I pull her away and take her outside. She pushes me away and runs outside the hospital. I ran after her. She enters the park and frustratedly grabs her hair. "NO JIN. NO. SHE LEFT ME. YOU LEFT ME. MY BEST FRIEND LEFT ME. NOT LONG BEFORE THIS WORLD LEAVES ME."

She yells. I look at her softly. "I didn't leave you. I am not leaving you."

"But you will. Have you seen my life? My best friend lives in a whole other country. My mom is always travelling. The only boy I ever liked, rejected me and on the SAME FUCKING DAY, SHE LEFT ME. She is gone.." She shouts. I look at her broken self. She was crying terribly. Her hands shivered and her lips trembled. She grasps her hair in frustration.

"Why don't you leave me too? Die. See if I care.." she says, rather softly. I widen my eyes and for some reason a tear trickles down my cheek.

"STOP JISOO. I'm not leaving."

"I want you to," she says, coldly and walks away. I pull her wrist and hug her from the back. She tries moving but isn't able to. I tightly hug her stomach and snuffle my face in her neck. She cries. "Don't Jin. Leave me. I am not worth it."

"You are. She loved you. She always will. She is in peace right now. She will ALWAYS stay with you, you hear me?"

She shakes her head. "No. She is gone."

She shoves me away and walks off.
