Three weeks had passed and I'm still stuck with him. Being with Louie was quite boring, everyday in the morning when I woke up I will rather see him watching tv or scrolling at his phone. We don't talk that much cause he is just so awkward especially when the last time we talked and he spoke to me like his girlfriend so I started avoiding him. I don't know, maybe I'm just afraid to fall with the man that I don't really know.

One afternoon, I've craved for something to eat. Maybe some streetfoods will cheer my tummy.

"Hey Louie?" I shifted my eyes from him as I dropped my phone at the living room's desk.

"What?" He asked turning off the TV.

"Can we go out? I just wanted to eat something outside." I smiled at him hoping that he'll agree and I convince him to take a walk with me because this past few weeks whenever I invite him to go out he keeps declining it saying that he's not in the mood.

"No, I'm not in mood." There you have it, he said it!

"Oh, please I'm hungry" I cried as I curb a pout on my lips.

"Go eat by yourself then, I'm fine here." He rolled his eyes.

"Why did I even bother to ask you Mister Weber" I rolled my eyes as well and stormed out in my apartment, if he doesn't want to, edi don't. Let him starve.

I shut the door and luckily I saw a cart selling fishballs and kikiam. My favorite merienda of all time is here!

"Kuya, 10 pesos na fishball nga po, saka kikiam na din pala... 10 pesos din." I said politely as I handed him a 20 peso bill. Should I get something for the old grumpy? Hmm, okay fine. After all, he's been so good to me by paying for our food. Maybe I'll make him eat some of our Filipino snacks.

"Ah, kuya... another fishball pa nga po, 10 din." I added as I get two plastic cups where I'll put the goodies and put some sauce on it,  few moments I got inside.

"Here's our food grumpy!" I teasingly said as I put the cups on the desk.

"What's that?" He asked curiously.

"Fishball and Kikiam! Wanna try some?"

"No." He murmured

"Dali na, this is one our famous street foods here and since you didn't want to come outside maybe you can try this here?"

"Fine, but just a little." I smiled as he agreed on my idea, felt proud for myself shortly as I've convinced him to eat.

"Promise, you'll never regret this" I grabbed a stick and pricked a one bit of fishball. I know he didn't know how to eat this kind of food.

"Now open your mouth, it's a bit hot and a little spicy because of the sauce." He open his mouth a little and ate the first one. I can see the look on his face as he chewed and I found it cute.

"How was it?"

"It's good, tasted like fish." I almost laughed because of his ignorance but I controlled my emotions as well. The grumpy is sooo cute!

"My turn." I took a bite and chewed and he just stared at me. Why is he doing that?

"Can I taste that one, that brown thing?"

"The kikiam?"

"Yes, the kik -- what?" He asked in confusion.

"Kik - iyam" I chuckled as he tried to say the word.

"Yeah, Kik - iyam."

"Hmmm, that's better... sure, here." I gave him the stick and teach him how to ate, luckily he learned so fast.

Few moments later, we've finish the food, and I can tell that he really enjoyed it by just looking at his brown eyes I guess he's happy to be stuck with me even though we barely talk at each other.

"Hey little minx?" He approached me holding his phone at the kitchen.

"Yes?"

"Can you teach me how to speak tagalog? Or maybe just learn some of it." I was impressed of what he'd asked.

"Well, I can... but why?"

"I just, you know really wanted to understand you. We never talk that much, I don't want to immerse myself by watching all day." My heart fluttered as he said those words at me. Like okay, I didn't know that he wanted to talk with me. I mostly spend my whole day in my room slacking around since he came here.

"Awwe Louie you could have just asked me if you need someone to talk to." I smiled sincerely.

"But you know what, I'll teach you and maybe you can teach me some german words as well." I added as I take a sit on the dining chair and so he did.

"Okay, that's fair... you first."

"Let's start with a basic tagalog words, for example me in tagalog means ako."

"A - kow?" He said so unsure.

"Yes ako, next is the, in tagalog means Ang."

"Eng?" I started laughing as he said it.

"Yep, so let's go for some basic sentences like Putok ako sa buho means I'm so handsome." I've hold my laughter, as I waited for him to say that.

"Putok ako sa buhow?" I nodded trying not to burst in laughter. This so good and funny at the same time.

"Yes, I'm very impressed Louie you learned fast, now maybe you can teach me some german words?"

"Sure liebling." He smiled.

The hours had passed and yet we learn each other's language except for that putok ako sa buho thing, I can see that he enjoyed my presence a lot, and so am I.

The days turned into weeks and the weeks turned into months and it's been a while since the last time I talked to my sister is last week saying that she's fine with Leo and they are enjoying Hawaii, which had made me more jealous because I've got to be stuck with him and getting bored day by day.

I don't really know if I'm starting to like him but whenever he's gone on my sight my eyes starting to scan the whole apartment or I'll just be knocking his room checking if he's their or taking a bath. We got so comfortable with our selves. At daylight I will cook his morning breakfast, in lunch will join at the kitchen, and at night I lay by his side watching films. Sometimes he kissed me on the forehead on which I let him to do that with me, but he never told me his feelings. We just get so close together.

One time I saw him staring at me, but nothing less. I tried to search him on facebook but I can't find him, sometimes I hear him talking to Leo at his phone, but all I hear is the word "important" so I never suspected him anything strange.

And as for me, I really don't know right now if what are we? just friends or more than that? Should I fall or not. And what if I fall? Would he catched me?
