October 10 (Naruto's 4th birthday)Narrators  POV

Naruto a young boy no older then 4 was running though the streets of Konoha. he was panting trying his hardest to get away from the swarm of villagers and shinobi out for his blood. He had been running for over 2 hours but he has started slowing down considering he is only 4. When he turned down an ally way to catch his breath boy would he regret it. He had thought this alleyway was a short cut to the forest but when he turned down he found himself at a dead end. HE was petrified on what might happen. When he saw the people turn down the alleyway he sat on the ground head down screaming don't "hurt me please I haven't done anything" except since he was 4 and sobbing it sounded like gibberish. when the villages and shinobi saw his expression they couldn't help but laugh. 

They started beating him up yelling things like "demon fox" "Why are you still alive" "You should just die no one will care" "we should finish what the forth started" was the last thing he heard before he was impelled with 5 kunai. After that he passed out dew to blood loss and woke up in a sewer like place.  

"Hello?" he said in this new environment. He heard a low voice run trough the walls telling him to follow it. Naruto had no idea where he was or what that growl was but he almost felt as if he was moving on his own. He followed the voice till he was in front of a huge cage. He was astonished by the size till he saw two bright red eyes piercing his soul. He saw the eyes and immediately took one step back and asked a very sad question to the dark red eyes. "are you going to hurt me to?" that made the eyes soften and look worried. The red eyes immediately took a step out of the darkness and said "no kit I am not going to hurt you" this made Naruto jump up into the air with joy happy that someone or something does not want to hurt him then he asks a question that took the fox by supersize. " what is your name Mr. Foxy" The fox was beyond supersized  ha was astonished that alone made the fox tell him his name. " my name is Kurama Kit" The fox smile turned into a worried look when he saw Naruto trying to take of the seal so he said "KIT WHAT ARE YOU DOING" in a worried voice. Naruto looked at Kurama and said "opening the gate you look very uncomfortable." Kurama was looking at Naruto as if he had grown a second head. "you would really do that for my?" Kurama said still recovering from the earlier events. "of course your my friend after all right?" this almost brought Kurama to tears but he stopped himself and said "Kit if you want me to be more comfortable then can you close your eyes and think of a forest with a stream and cave?" asked and Naruto did just that and made the cage much larger so he Naruto can get in and out without causing damage to the seal. he walked into the cage asking "Kurama do you like it" Kurama right then and there shed a tear no human apart from his father has ever been this nice tho him. He wiped the tear so his kit did not see him cry and said "I love it kit thank you so much" Naruto hugged what he could of the giant fox which was the tip of his finger nail and said "can I call you papa?". The fox smiled and said "I would love that considering I have been calling you baby fox." Kurama picked up his kit and said "I will train you to become a powerful shinobi. OK?" Naruto jumped up and down saying "thank you papa your the bast!" this made Kurama so happy he could already tell he will not be able to live without his kit so he made a decision. "Kit on your 5 birthday 1 week before you start the academy I want to make you my kit by blood and turn you half Kitsune demon" Naruto was confused for a moment and then realized he would truly be his papa's kid and started balling his eyes out saying thank you over and over again.  Kurama was also extremely happy he would never have to live without his kit. They talked over Naruto's training regimen and what he would do for the next year to get ready for the turning. After they talked they fell asleep with each other forgetting what happened earlier that day.
