"hey phil, I realized I just had a typo in real life"tommy muttered
"Pardon" phil replied
"Phil I don't remember exactly what I said but I meant I didn't have parents that weren't fit to raise me" tommy muttered
"Toms I that's what I thought you said?" Phil questioned
"Oh ok" tommy replied going back to starting out the window
After about 15 more minutes in the car they arrived at the golf course
When they started no one had aid a word
"July 10" tommy said while taking his turn
"Thank you toms" phil said with a smile "also are you excited that's only a week away"
Tommy shook his head
Phil didn't say anymore other than the occasional small talk
After they finished tommy won by 3 points
"See dad I told you I'd beat you" tommy said in excitement repeating his word from earlier
"Dad?" Phil questioned
"Phil I mean phil" tommy corrected
Phil just smiled happy that the boy trusts him
