013 | Caught By Surprise

Unknown P.O.V 

* * * 

He groans as I kick him again in the stomach. 

Oh my gosh, he needs to shut up. What a whiner he is. 

"Man come on. We can talk about this, please." 

I push his head into the ground again. Can't have him seeing my face. He will sing like a mocking bird. 

I have him right where I want him, at my mercy. You would think after all Brandon's time with the big dogs that he would watch his back. I thought we actually taught him something. 

I followed him all the way to the store. I stayed three cars behind him. 

At first I was not going to get him, I was so mad, but then a beautiful moment happened. He stopped his car on the side of the road to take a piss. 

What a dummy he is. 

"Dude please, I have a sister at home. She needs me." Brandon pleads with me. 

All my muscles freeze at the word sister. 

Roseanne.

"She is only sixteen, man. Don't kill me. I won't be able to go away in peace knowing our last moments together weren't the best." 

 Yeah I know that much. 

"I used to be in deep but I have paid my debts off. I'm not with that crowd anymore. If you are going to kill me at least leave a note for the cops to find." Brandon says, coughing up some blood as he tries to talk. 

My eyebrows frown together. 

"Who would the note go to?" I say. 

"Roseanne, Noah, and my Uncle." 

My eyebrows relax at the mention of their names. 

What am I doing?  I can't kill him. 

I kick him a few more times in the stomach then I go to leave. 

I look back at him before I get into my car. Brandon has tears in his eyes as he clutches his stomach, trying to stay awake. 

I look at him and almost cave but I get in my car anyway. 

Someone will call the cops when they see him. He's right behind a store, someone will see him.
