After my sleepless night , I climbed down my stairs . im suprised that im not tired at all . i spotted my mom in the kitchen and she looked nervous .
" What's wrong mom "
" I need to tell you something " she too a big gulp " your a vampire "
I stared at her for a while and laughed like a maniac .
" Juliana , I serious , you've been a vampire your whole life but on a vampires 18th birthday they go through 'the changing ' "
I stared to believe her
" what is the changing ' ? "
" When you become sensitive to light , your fangs start growing in , your eyes change color , today you should not see yourself in the mirror ."
I ran to the bathroom and tried to find my self in the mirror but I couldn't . i ran back to my mom .
" Why couldn't I sleep last night? "
" Because vampires don't sleep "
" So you don't sleep "
" Nope "
" So what now "
" There is one more thing , vampires are separated in groups by what or eye color is , if your blue , you have speed , green, can read minds , yellow , strength , and red , everything thing . Your eye color is red . "
I felt a sense of accomplishment .
" Is there anything else mother "
" Vampires and wolves are sworn enemies , thats why you don't like angel "
" She's a dog! " I said laughing , my mom laughed along and handed me a carton of red stuff .
" What is this ? " I said confused .
" Blood , if you eat solids you get sick "
All I could think about is me missing pizza . i took a sip of blood and took the rest for my lunch with me and my friends .I was about to walk out the door then I remember I would turn into ashes so I grabbed and hoodie and gloves and covered every inch of my body .
I met my friends in the dinner and I took off all my anti burning protection and sat down . we were talking and they bought me cake and I loved it even if I would vomit later . all of a sudden I smell dog and i see angel .
I pulled her to tte bathroom .
" Let go of me " angel yelled .
I flashed her my eyes and i hears her growl .
" So you're a blood sucker now "
" So you're a dog now "
" Im not a dog , im a wolf , you killer "
" I drink animal blood , for your information "
She walked away and joined her friends and so did i .
