~{??? P.O.V}~
My poor child, the nightmares affecting her powers. This is unacceptable. I hope this plan I set in motion after the cataclysm, actually fixes what's been damaged. I know this girl is the answer to both worlds salvation.

~{Lily P.O.V}~
I woke up in cold sweat and checked the time it was 5:30 am. I fell asleep at 4:00 am so I had an hour and a half of sleep. God, I feel tired but I'm not going back to sleep. I got up, Lizzie and Iris were still asleep. I went out the door and by coincidence, Ignis was coming out of the boy's room.

He saw me and smiled. It was a heartwarming one. I liked it a lot. He then approached me.

"Good morning, did you sleep well at all?" He asked I think he knew I didn't but wanted an honest answer. So I gave him one.

"No, I had a nightmare," I say as a tear slid down my cheek. I saw the same on Ignis' face. He ignored it and wiped mine away. His hands felt soft and calming, he hadn't put his gloves on yet.

"Would...you like to talk about it?" He asked taking my hand and gliding his thumb over my knuckles.

"I've never told anyone about them," I say as we walk down to the lobby.

We sat at the counter, Talcott's grandfather; Jared was getting up now too.

"Good morning, how are you both?" He asked kindly with a gentle smile.

"Tired, What about you?" I smile putting my arm up lazily. He and Ignis chuckle a little.

"Very well, thank you" he smiled and bowed. I bowed as well. He then continued with his day.

"So, still want me to talk about my nightmares?" I asked.

"Only if you feel comfortable telling me about them," He says turning his full attention to me.

"Well, it's always the same one, it always starts with this woman and ends with her in a car accident, I wake up when she's about to crash" I explain he looks lost in thought after what he just heard.

"This could be something that's actually happened," he says trying to help me understand.

"I feel like it's a memory but I don't know that women," I said as I stared at the counter.

"Promise me that when you have a nightmare you'll tell someone about it, whether it be me, the guys, your sister or Iris, okay?" He asked.

"I'll try," I said as he smiled. He hugged me, it shocked me at first but I hugged back when I relaxed. We stayed like that for a few minutes.

Then we heard a camera click. We pulled back to see Prompto smiling like an excited kid. Behind him, Noct and Gladio were smirking and Lizzie and Iris looked like they were fangirling.

"Awww cute couple!" Prompto cooed. The other four looked at the photo. They all grinned.

"Uh oh," I say backing away a little.

"What you two would make a cute couple," Iris says gleefully. I blushed a deep red and my face felt really warm. Ignis had a blush on his face too.

"He's blushing!" Noct exclaimed. Prompto snapped a picture of that too.

"Just to let you two know, I'm not deleting these," he says holding his camera protectively. Iris then piped up ending that conversation.

"By the way guys if you want to I can show you around town" She offers ceasing further teasing. Bless her.

Noctis, Gladio, Prompto, Lizzie and Iris went on a mini-tour, I stayed behind because I felt too tired to walk around. Ignis was talking to Jared about something and I just sat thinking. Talcott saw me and smiled.

"Hey, good morning I don't think I introduced myself I'm Talcott, it's nice to meet you" he smiled shaking my hand gleefully.

"Nice to meet you too Talcott, I'm Lily" I greeted. He smiled and sat next to me.

"Would you like to know about the cosmology?" He asked randomly, I smiled.

"Sure," I said and listened intently. We sat for about an hour. The others arrived back.

"Prince Noctis!" Talcott exclaimed I giggled a little cause it was cute.

"I have something that might be of interest to you," he says as they all gathered around him.

"What is it?" Noct asked curiously.

"So there's this sword, legends say it's behind a waterfall nearby," Talcott explained.

"Thanks, Talcott, we'll check it out," Prompto says as we all walk out of the Leville.

When we walked out there was a tremor of some sort. I felt a weird pain in my head as did Noctis. I didn't make mine noticeable though.

"You okay?" Prompto asks Noctis. He nodded.

"Yeah, just a headache," he says but it seemed more. We went to the car and got in. This time I made Lizzie sit on Prompto's lap in the front. 😸 Suckers.

"Look who's blushing now," I say as both their faces grew as red as tomatoes. Ignis, Gladio and Noct snickered with me.

"Careful they might start plotting for you to sit on Iggy's lap" Gladio comments with a laugh. I blush deep red again. Prompto took a picture while I wasn't paying attention.

"Haha, Who's blushing now? Huh?" He asked smugly. I stuck my tongue out, he did the same.

"They look very close to being brother and sister already" Noct comments. We all laughed.

We parked the car near the gas station and continued on foot towards the waterfall.

We came across a weird giant snake. The guys decided we should sneak past it so we did. Soon we came across big crab creatures. We fought through them then continued towards the waterfall.

"The legend says look behind the waterfall," Prompto piped up.

"And what does the waterfall say?" Ignis questioned the blonde.

"I think it says: Come in," he answered.

We entered the cavern behind the waterfall. It was all icy. Lizzie shivered a little. I pulled off my sweater leaving me in my tank top and handed it to her. She shook her head but I shoved it into her hand. She reluctantly put it on.

"This place gives me goosebumps, double back for our coats?" Prompto pleaded.

"What's the point? Little chill won't kill ya" Gladio mused at the gunslinger.

"Well look on the bright side...maybe the cold keeps the daemons at bay?" Prompto presumed.

"Yeah, because monsters love warmth" Gladio retorted.

"Ah, Sarcasm, Hmm...but what if they're frozen?" Prompto pondered.

"Encased in ice...waiting for something warm to pass" Gladio also pondered.

"And then they jump out!" Prompto hollers causing his voice to echo through the icy domain. I jumped a little.

"Careful Prompto you gave Lily a scare, Iggy might get mad" Noct teased.

"You're not gonna let that go are you?" I asked he smirked.

"Nope" he answered. He smirked at Ignis who just gave him a serious look. We just continued on and fought any daemons we came across.
