Basically Izuku meets the self-exiled Garou Cahal and he teaches Izuku the way of his kind.

To start with Cahal has both werewolf and wolf forms in this pic but Izuku will only have the wolf form but through his training he will gain the werewolf form as well (just turn the fur for both green that's what Izuku will look like in both forms).
He will not gain the forms until he has unlocked earth. But he can also summon wolves to fight with him hence the new element Blood.
