"Eeeee!" Cassandra screeched excitedly as her and her boyfriend stepped out of the airport. Anthony looked over and gave a warm smile. He slowly brought a coffee cup to his lips, as the girl who was linked to his arm looked around like she was at the state fair.

The couple had woken up before the sun to catch their straight flight from Sacramento, California, to New York City, New York. While Cassandra's eyes darted from taxi to taxi, Anthony's couldn't seem to stay open.

"So what do we do?" Cassandra tugged on Anthony's arm eagerly.

"We wait." Anthony answered tiredly as he let go of Cassandra's arm to hail a taxi down. Except when he did so, Cassandra's stance faltered and she subtly reached for him again. Only then did Anthony realize how much support she truly needed when she clutched back onto his thickly muscled arm.

"Oh, uh. Here, let's go find a bench first." He suggested with a smile, hoping not to make a big deal out of the situation. He helped the pale redhead to the nearest bench as they rolled their light luggage behind them. Cassandra gave him a thankful smile that quickly faltered when Anthony looked away.

After a cab was hailed, Anthony put the luggage in the trunk with the assistance of the driver, and carefully helped Cassandra inside. She slid over the ripped, grey seat cushions, waiting for Anthony. As the driver started driving to their hotel, Cassandra moved over to the foggy window and placed a hand on it, beaming at the tall buildings that came one after the other.

"You're totally not excited at all." Anthony smirked, making Cassandra face him and give him a playful glare.

"Shut up." She grabbed his arm pulling him closer to her and the window. "But just look! It's magical." She beamed as the little girl that had been locked inside of her slipped out.

For a frail woman who was on heavy medication, she was stronger than most when she wanted something.

Anthony slid over, chuckling, and wrapped one arm around her waist pulling her close. His other arm went behind her head as they both stared out the window.

Well... Cassandra was looking out the window. Anthony's eyes were on Cassandra.

"Tony!" Cassandra yelled from the bathroom in the cozy hotel room.

Anthony quickly ran to the bathroom, sliding on the tile when he entered.

"What's wrong?" He asked with concern, and she laughed at his dramatic entrance.

"I'm just hungry." She said, turning back to face the mirror as she put on makeup. Anthony breathed a sigh that sounded something of relief mixed with annoyance.

"You can't do that Cas! I thought something was really wrong."

"Tony." She said softly as she turned around, her back against the sink counter. "You really need to breathe. I'm not going anywhere." When Anthony's face dropped and he visibly gulped, Cassandra's face softened.
