Chapter 9 ♡

"And then he fell!" Waliyha finishes her story whilst Luke and Zayn rolled on the floors like a pair of idiots.

Okay so I'll be honest mission avoid was a total fail but I couldn't be happier - I mean come on, we're all having a great laugh. Hopefully the happiness will last forever.

"Hey Sienna? Will you come to the beach to walk with me?" Zayn asks.

Asdfghjkl. Omg. Is this a date?

"I wouldn't ask you but I just need some air, Luke and Waliyha, y'know?" He continues.

Oh.

"Of course!" I reply.

Did I sound too happy?

"Great let's get going before Waliyha and Luke drag us back to them!" He laughs.

We walk across the shore as the sun slowly sinks into the ocean, my hands search my pocket for my phone. Oh great.

"Hey Zayn?"

"Can I borrow your phone?" I ask.

He takes it out and hands it to me, I open it - surprisingly there's no passcode. I open up camera and snap some shots of the sky, gosh the sunsets are breathtaking in Los Angeles.

"Can you send these to me?" I ask sheepishly.

"Of course.. They're beautiful photos, just like you." He remarks.

Zayn called me beautiful? He's probably lying because last time he insulted me..

"Haha, stop lying." I reply with a playful evil glare.

"No, seriously, you're beautiful." He says with a serious look.

Is he high because wow.. I love this side of him.

"Sienna, I hope you don't mind me asking but why do you make 11;11 wishes?"

"I don't make them for myself, I make them for others." I smile.

He looks confused.

"What do you mean?" He inquires further.

"I always wish for everyone to be happy because they deserve it, no one in this world deserves to hurt or sad for any reason, I know that this world is a selfish place to be but happiness can still be achieved - there's always a way for light to enter darkness." I reply.

Zayn's scanning my face as if he's still letting what I said sink in. Oh no, I scared him.

"Sorry, I opened up too much, I shouldn't have said that.." I begin again.

"No Sienna, don't apologise, you know you say sorry way too much, it's perfectly fine to open up, sometimes we conceal our feelings too much." He says.

Oh my gosh. Zayn.

"I totally agree with what you said, you're such a kind hearted person, I'm sorry for being such a jerk when I met you.." He carries on.

"It's just -" I cut him off before he can finish his sentence.

"Zayn, shh, it's fine." I say and then I make a brave move, I move in to hug him.

I wrap my arms around his neck as I go on my tip toes, I feel his hands slowly engulf me. This is perfect. The perfect moment.

okay i'm sorry, i know i haven't updated since january 31st, but i do have my reasons, i'm now a year older and my grandaunt has passed away. but on the brighter side, i'll try my best to get into my updating routine after the 27th and i tried to make this chapter as detailed as possible to make up for not updating this whole month. hope you enjoyed the zayn & sienna love-ness idk whatever you wanna call it ;) x
