From the plane window, she looked down at the lights of the night city. Only two and a half hours and she was already at home, excitement didn't leave her from the beginning of the flight, no, she was not afraid of flying, it was another excitement, you can say even anxiety, just at thoughts of meeting him. She would like to be swallowed by the earth, only imagining how she will look him in the eyes explaining the reasons for her such a stupid behavior.
Taking her luggage she lazily walked towards the exit, her legs seemed not to want to go, and the bench on the way became her temporary salvation. She sat there and looked at the people rushing around, everyone was in a hurry  while she just hoped that time would slow down and allow her to think longer about a more plausible excuse.
She could not avoid explanations, and avoid Him either. Pouting she  sighed and pulling out her phone pushed call button...
"Hi... I'm back ..."

I perfectly knew that we were not an ordinary family, but I still hoped that one of my parents would meet me, not just my guard. He came up to me as soon as I finished the call with mom and nodded with a smile. "Welcome back Miss Sooyoung." at least someone familiar smiled at me. "Thank you mr.Han" I Politely nodded back and followed him, amazed at how easily he could recognize me in a mask and a cap, I thought that my disguise is pretty good, but as it turned out I was a complete fool in this. My sniper eyes looked around as if I was hunting, long and messy strands of my naughty hairs covered my already hidden under the cap, face. I wasn't afraid of the paparazzi, they hardly persecuted me like the others, and I was grateful to my father for that, I was not afraid of people around me or something else, they could never recognize me in those clothes and mask, but I was afraid to not to be wanted and welcomed back into my friend circle, I hoped to see anybody, but there was none.

Yes, this is really stupid and I thought and smiled at my own thoughts. Sitting in the car, I realized how pathetic I looked in my own eyes, this wildly irritated me.
Taking a slow breath I finally nodded to the driver to get away. Seoul at night was beautiful as always, the bright and colorful lights of the city mesmerized and made my thoughts fly away, but this lasted until we drove to the outskirts of the city.
'You're engaged to Kim Taehyung.' These words popped into my head as soon as we drove into our quiet, overly protected area and the first house that stood there was the Kims' mansion.
Like a mockery..
we lived in the same area, went to the same university, and now we're engaged?
Really?
For so long I wanted to confess my feelings to him and hoped for mutualities, but not after he began dating my enemy. Now that I finally wiped him out of my thoughts,or tried to do so, those news come out

At the main gate, I noticed a parked car, but at first I didn't attach any importance to it, mom was waiting for me at the entrance with a guilty smile on her face, and my attention immediately went to her. However, I understood that everything that happened was partly their plan, but what I learned later shocked me even more.

Mrs.Park nervously rubbed her palms every now and then, glancing at the gate from her bedroom window, she really hoped that whatever happened in her husband's office would end before her daughter arrives at home. When the housekeeper announced the visitor, she never expected to see Sungjae on the doorstep. The guy seemed to be at a loss for a moment seeing bewilderment turning into certain coldness in her eyes, but immediately pulled himself together and clearing his throat, greeted her then asking to meet with Mr.Park.

She didn't have to wait long, since the man was already standing behind her when she turned to the housekeeper with a request to call her husband.
"Well, come in, since you're already here." The man said, his expression was unchanged and it was difficult for her to understand what her husband was thinking. The woman was very curious, but she didn't consider it necessary to intervene in the conversation, the guy because of whom she almost lost her daughter was not worthy of her attention. Without even giving him a look, she immediately turned around on her hills and went into the hall, deliberately showing how indifferent she is to the guy standing at the doorsteps.
