"So What?"

Kei PoV~

"Shut up! It was close okay?!" Bokuto yelled at Kuroo as he was laughing. I rolled my eyes and didn't pay attention. I didn't want to be here. It was filled with loud people.

I was forced by my older brother, Akiteru, to come here. I regret telling him about it. He just wanted me to go so I could spend time with Kuroo, my crush. I also regret telling Akiteru that too.

"You completely missed, bro!" Kuroo wheezed out as he clutched his stomach in pain. Akaashi, one of the most sanest people I know, sighed and threw the ring to the bottles. It made it onto one and the lights flashed, meaning he had won a prize.

I scoffed, this is boring. But at least Kuroo is here. He makes me feel more comfortable and makes Bokuto more tolerable. I grabbed the ring, it being my turn at the game, and flicked my wrist with some decent amount of force. It made it onto a ring, I sighed quietly.

"Good job, Tsukki dude!" Kuroo smiled brightly at me, I tried to hide my blush. His smile was perfect, it was blinding and made my heart swoon. I grabbed my prize, wish was a large size blueberry with a face on it.

I grinned, "It looks like the King," I said shamelessly. Kuroo laughed slightly and Bokuto chuckled loudly. Akaashi nodded and put his prize, a grey and yellow bunny, in his bag.

I checked my phone and had 3 new messages from Akiteru. Annoying bastard.

I sighed and put my phone back into my pocket. I looked back over at the owl head and the cat like captain, bickering at each other like usual.

"I'm going home, bye," I said bluntly as I start to walk towards the exit of the carnival. I could feel Bokutos and Kuroo's eyes on me, watching as I left. I sighed and continued walking, not stoping.

I walked to the bus stop and it started to rain. Great. I grumbled and stood under the bus stop, trying to protect myself from the rain. I was about to put my headphones before hearing someone panting and running. I look at the sidewalk and there he was.

Kuroo.

I mentally groaned and leaned back on the bench I was sitting on. He walked up to me and panted loudly, putting his hands on his knees, trying to rest.

"What do you want?" I asked as I watched him get his breathing slowed down. I raised a brow as he stood up and brushed his pants off.

"Why are you leaving? We still have fun stuff to do! Like ride the "Tunnel of Love", and the "Ladybug Spinner"!" He whined and crossed his arms, having a pout on his face.

"I need to get home, or my brother will think I'm doing something that can get me into trouble and tell my mom," I sighed and put my headphones around my neck.

"But! Just tell your brother that we're still at the carnival and you'll be home later! See? Problem solved!" Kuroo said, waving his arms around like an idiot. How's he so happy?

"Like I said, I can't. Plus it's starting to rain," I said gesturing to the rain droplets hitting the sidewalk, and the dark clouds above our heads.

"So what?" Kuroo said, I knew he wouldn't give up until I said I would stay longer.

"So what? I'm not getting sick because you idiots made me stay out in the rain," I rolled my eyes, starting to get up to walk home, assuming the bus wasn't going to come by.

Before someone grabbed my wrist.

"Come on! It'll be fun! We can dance in the rain and go to that new diner down town! I heard they have strawberry shortcake~" he said in a happy voice, then a taunting one. I sighed and looked back at him, his eyes were filled with plead, basically begging me to stay longer.

"Fine... I'll call my brother and tell him.." I said quickly and quietly. I snatched my hand back, yet missing his warm hand around my wrist, it felt nice..

"Yes! Come on! We have to go meet up with Bokuto and Akaashi before they go without us!" He said starting to run back down the sidewalk, making me sigh and walk behind him, feeling the rain hit my glasses. Happy I brought my glasses cleaner.

(Time skip to the diner)
Third person PoV

"Please?! It'll be so fun! We can watch Cloud Atlas! And- and eat strawberry Pocky!"(I am sorry if you get this reference) Bokuto exclaimed happily. He took another sip of his chocolate shake, which he was sharing with Akaashi. Love birds.

"Yeah! It'll be fun, Tsukki! Please? For me~?" Kuroo teased playfully before he chuckled and ate his fries, smiling like an idiot. Tsukishima cleaned his glasses and put them back on. Kuroo wished he would keep them off since he looked adorable without them, but he couldn't.

"If my mom will let me, okay? I can't just spend the night in Tokyo and not tell her, especially with random people," he said as his strawberry shortcake finally arrived to the table.

"We aren't "random people"! We're your senpais! More importantly your friends!" Bokuto barked in offense, acting as if that broke his heart. Akaashi patted his back for support.

"Just ask your mom, Tsukishima," Akaashi said bluntly. Tsukishima texted his mom quickly, praying she would say no to him staying over.

"Now we wait..." Kuroo said starting at Tsukishima, with Bokuto also staring at him. Chills went up his spine. What was so interesting about him that the two found in him?

"Yes!!" Kuroo yelled, pumping his fists with Bokuto in victory. Earning a few "shhh"s from the other people in the diner.

"Let's go!" Bokuto smiled big and wide, jumping out of the both they were sitting at. Tsukishima sighed and put his cake into a little take out box. Akaashi and him thanked the servers as Kuroo and Bokuto ran outside, acting like they just won the lottery.

"They're just happy you're coming along with them," Akaashi said as he observed the two others laughing and smiling.

"I know... I just hope I don't regret this," Tsukishima said. They continued to Bokuto's house, all of them talking, besides Akaashi, about other things.

What have I gotten myself into....
