The Dare

Friends?

"So, the two of you continued the dare?" Gayoon asked.

"Yes, yes we did." Hyuna answered keeping a straight face.

"I guess it will end up the way it should." Gayoon snickered hugging her bestfriend from behind.

"Eh?"

"Don't mind me." She smiled.

"... So, you two are friends now?" Gayoon added.

"Yes. Maybe, I guess so?" Hyuna muttered fiddling with her phone.

Until her phone rings,
"Yah, where the hell are you?"

She frowns as she texted back,

"In front of the school."
"Idiot. I told you that I'll pick you up!"
"Well, hurry up. The bus for the field trip is arriving. :p"

No reply. She shrugged and hid her phone in her pocket.

"Ms. Kim, is Mr. Jang joining us?" Mr. Lee asked.

"Ah? Yes. He's just late." She mumbled.

And as if on cue, they spotted Hyunseung panting infront of them.

"Sorry." He pants, "I'm - late."

"It's okay Mr. Jang, now hurry and go to your groups!" Mrs. Yeongja clapped her hands.

"I'll get going." Gayoon smiled letting her bestfriend go.

"I didn't asked you to pick me up." Hyuna muttered.

"You should've texted me earlier." Hyunseung snapped while sitting beside her in the bus.

"Sorry." She mumbled.

What the hell, he's a bipolar!

"Yah, I'm jealous of Kim Hyuna." Junhyung snickered.

"And why?" Hyunseung looked up behind to see his bestfriend beside Jiyoon.

He revealed a smirk.

"These past years, we're always beside each other." Junhyung sighed dramatically.

"Don't be sad Junhyungie. There's Jiyoon beside you.~" Hyunseung smirked

"Whatever." Jiyoon and Junhyung muttered.

"Should we exchance Junhyung?" Hyuna asked hoping for a 'Yes.'

"No." Hyunseung pulled her down the chair.

"He's your bestfriend!" She pouted.

"You're my girlfriend." He winked clasping their hands together.

"They turned into sweet tooths after being a rival, eh?"
"I always knew they suit each other."

Hyuna pouted more, "This is just a dare." Whispering to Hyunseung.

"I know. But it's so fun messing with you." He laughed.

"Argh! Idiot." Hyuna snapped.

Hyunseung just smiled, which suprised Hyuna. What the hell is wrong with this guy!?

Hyunseung's POV:

I don't know why I begged her to continue the dare. I don't know.

But teasing her everyday and even the idea of her falling for me is something that makes me smile. I just don't want to show it.

I know I should be aware. Because, I might fall for her.

"Why the hell are you staring?" She snapped.

"Don't assume that I'm staring at you." I answered.

Silence. Awkward silence.

"I'm not saying that you are staring at me." She mumbled.

Crap, busted.

Hyuna's POV:

He's so damn cute when he lies. Too bad, this relationship is just a dare. I would've taken this guy away from others. I know that it's been a few days of me- falling for him. It's complicated, I know. But, trust me. In this 4 month relationship, everything will fade like a dust!

"Whatever." He mumbled

I smiled inwardly and waved my hand infront of his face,

"What?" He asked.

"Jihyun?" I asked.

"No. I'm not thinking about her." He sighed

"You should go back with her." I mumbled.

"If I could, I would." Ouch.

"You could... If you wanted to." I muttered.

"I'm contented with what I'm doing right now." He mumbled ruffling my hair.

"You know, I'll help you. Even if the dare is on-going." I smiled, fakely.

His eyes lit, as if there's a hope that hits him and it's piercing in my heart. Oh dear, it hurts!

"Really?"

"Re-really.".
