~ Scarlett Hill ~
4 y/o when her dad died, she is elder by two years of her twin sisters, Violet and Rose. Fast forward 11 years later, Scarlett is still dealing with the death of he...
It was my birthday and I finally got a new phone. My mother bought it for me like a month ago because I was getting straight A's.
"Elijah" my mother shouted. "Take out the trash" she groaned. I was walking down the stairs and as soon as I turned the corner Samantha tripped me. She had this thing with pranks and she loved to bug me. I mean I did it to her back but only when she bothered me, so that makes it okay right?
I got right back up and chased her around the house as she ran as fast as flash.
Smack
She face planted onto the kitchen floor as I came up behind her and placed her on her feet. She covered her face and cried in my shoulder. When I looked back up at her, her face it was throbbing with pain and anger because I laughed at her crying face.
She hit me hard on my chest when she saw my face, and that was when my mother came running over here to check if her baby was okay. As "baby" I mean a spoiled 7 year old girl.
I quickly grabbed the trash bag filled with garbage before my mother could say anything to me. I ran out the front door with the garbage bag in my hands, and approached the trash cans. I glanced over to the street as I saw this girl running down the street crying. I didn't want to get involved because I'm not nosy.
Most of the time...
** At school **
My mother dropped me off at the front entrance with my backpack over my shoulders. I walked up the stairs and went straight into school. Since I was a sophomore in highschool I knew my way around school but not my new classes. So the guidance counselor gave every a schedule for their classes and have us ten minutes to find them.
//Two minutes later//
I turned the corner as I spotted my locker number. I approached the locker and it said
B24
It meant that I was on the second floor and my locker was the 24th one on the floor. I glanced over in the corner of my eye, as I saw the same girl running down my street arguing with the principal. I turned my head as soon as the girl looked my way. She stared at me for a while before her eyes returned back to the principal. The girl was arguing to the principal about the dress code. The girl had on a peach tan colored spaghetti strapped shirt, some grey sweats pants, and a pair of red Converses.

The girl looked like she had been crying her heart out. As the principal walked away it left her standing there in the middle of the hallway. Everybody stared at her as she froze in the moment. I grabbed her arm and pulled her into the boys locker room. She stood there blank and froze until I tapped her shoulder. "What" she called out. "Are you okay" I asked.
"Yes I'm fine just leave me alone" she scowled me.
"Okay jeez I just wanted to make sure you were okay" I yelled. She started walking toward the door and I grabbed her arm and pulled her close to chest. "What are you doing" she whispered.
I stood there for a second thinking, then I leaned in for a hug because she looked like needed one.
"OMG WHAT WAS THAT FOR" I whispered yelled.
She smacked my face. I was surprised by that because I was just trying to be friendly.
"Don't even try it" she yelled. "Try what" I said.
"KISS ME" she groaned.
"Okay baby girl, I wasn't going to kiss you I was just trying to hug you but it seemed you thought other wise." I turned away walking out the door. I felt these hands stop me, when they hugged my torso from behind.
I turned around and hugged her back.
"What's your name" the girl said.
"Elijah and yours" I said
"Scarlet"
