This really depends on who the crush is and their age.
Once they came back from the snap everything was out of place. The little bit of family they had left were all gone. Even if they had Pepper, Fury, and even a younger sister to look after, they couldn't help but feel lonely. Laura could feel out of place, like they didn't belong in their little happy family. After the funeral ceremony they were brought in with the family to watch the recording Tony had left and they couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy. Morgan was given this wonderful childhood with both parents there, no worries or anything.. Of course, they were give. Lost was an understatement for them, they felt out of place with Pepper and Morgan, to stay in school/work they'd stay in New York City.
Laura barely gets a chance to breathe, much less process things after their family's death because of the constant press pushing them for their plans in life and what's going to happen with the future of the business and how things were. They're more than stressed with the things that had happened and settling with everything.
