Up in space the sky was as black as a black hole the hole sky was full of stars shining in the darkness along the dark sky stood the tardis it was hovering above earth at its protector and hero.
Inside the box the doctor was sitting on the chair asleep with a book on his head lilly came up the step and said while wondering adventure they where going on next
"hey doctor you ok what our next adventure"
"anywhere you want what dose Charlotte and you want to go "
Said the doctor while asking where she wanted to go after Rebecca left for the day and Daniel went back to stargate for a day trip it was only the three of then so the doctor thought.
They could go where they wanted lilly frowned and started to think wonder where she wanted to go but before she could answer the tardis went out of control and they headed towards earth lilly said while wondering what going on
"doctor what happrning the tardis is going out of control"
"I don't know lilly but hold on to the console and we find out geronimo "
Said the doctor while holding her hand she smiled and they held onto the console as it wized to earth but where will they land least find out.
In the ocean a ship was going along the ocean floor looking at the wildlife going past the window, Inside the ship matt, Kate and Daniel where standing round the console room to make they did not bump into anything
"how far we going Kate"
"well we found some ice a couple of miles away so we seeing if we can find any more "
Said Kate while showing him the ice they found in the ocean, he smiled and was about to look at the ice when the tardis landed in the ship Daniel smiled and said while jumping up and down as he could not believe the tardis was bsck
" the tardis I wonder why it's here I hope Charlotte and the doctor are OK "
They all nod and wait for the tardis to land, when it does the door opens and lilly and the doctor came out cough
" you OK doctor what happens "
" the tardis went out of control and what you doing here "
Said lilly while looking at them with shock as she did not know why they where here,matt smiled and said while holding lilly hand to steady her, she smiled a bit and said while seeing if the doctor OK
" you OK doctor "
" yeah I'm fine but what this "
Said the doctor while pointing to the bit of ice that they found Daniel smiled and said while showing him the picture of what it looks like before
" well we found this I'm the ocean and we been foring it let us show you "
They both nod and they head to the bottom of the ship where ice was the doctor looked at it and sonic it lilly said while looking at it as well wonder who was in it
" who in it "
" don't know stand back and I melt the ice
Said the doctor while getting everyone back and meting the ice, when it melted the doctor could not believe what he was seeing
" Charlotte ".
(this is how Charlotte was frozen them is happend after the battle for the planet this is at the end of this story so there not much spoiler for the actual story that will be coming up in the future)

Inside the ship hanah, Francesca, max and layla where back and they where fighting the time Lords and their friends this is one battle that could end today or last forever.
Around the inside of the ship sparks fly as some of it was damage in the fight the ninth doctor and Mary came down the hall running away from a fleet of daleks on their tale
"doctor they are gaining on us what do we do"
"fight for earth our planet "
Said the ninth doctor as he got his sonic out nary nodded and they fighter the dalek till the end, a few miles away from the fight lily, hanah, Daniel, Jack, Martha , Micky , John and the 11th doctor.
Where hidding in one of the rooms that had not been destroyed yet Daniel said while really worried about Charlotte she had not followed them and she ran off to fight the dalek but the doctor let her why he thought to himself
"doctor I'm worried about Charlotte she not returned and if you love her so much why did you let her go and fight them"
"I found care for her Daniel she wanted to fight I can't stop her doing that you lot stay here I go see if she OK "
Said the doctor while he walked out of the door he looked both ways and he headed down the hall way to see if he could find Charlotte.
As he walked past another room he saw the 12th doctor, blaze, Harry and valet sitting on the floor next to a body.
The doctor walked over to it and frowned when the 13th doctor came running with the tenth doctor with Fred, layla, Paul and Rebecca she frowned and looked down at the body with a tear to her eye
"it's Charlotte she must of got hurt I'm sorry chinny"
"it's OK jody my Charlotte will come back she is my wife and my hero she will come back we just have to wait "
Said the 11th doctor as he brushed his hand through Charlotte hair his face full of pain as he did so everone knew Charlotte was dead this time and they knew the doctor could not except that.
But after a while waiting and waiting she did not wake up the doctor started to cry as he laid his head on her body the tenth said while picking her up and frowning at the doctor
"this is your fault if you saved her we would not be in this situation she old doctor she died of old age I'm sorry but we need to freeze her and berry her body ok"
Before the eleventh doctor could say anything in response the tenth took her away back to the tardis and they freeze her.
But when they did the eleventh doctor put a rose in it and they put it in the ocean and that where it was found by Matt Smith and the team here is the next bit of this story hope you enjoy thank you.
Location : ocean
Back in the ship in the ocean the doctor was still in the bottom of the ship looking at the body of Charlotte that was melting before his eyes he walked over to her and touched her cheek
"I'm sorry Charlotte what happend to you"
"dalek and earth"
Said Charlotte as she slowly woke up her body really weak as she was really old older then the doctor, he frowned at her he could not believe this was her in the future.
But he also knew she lived any time and could die without him knowing and he thought not today I'm not going to lose her today.
So he lifted her out of the ice and sat her down on a chair and put a blanket over her she smiled and looked up at him her hand reading out to him
"I love you matt"
"and I love you charlotte always what happend "
Said the doctor as he sat next to her she looked away and sigh, back at the top of the ship Daniel was scanning Charlotte body his face shocked as he could not believe what he saw lilly walked over to him and said while seeing what wrong
" you OK Daniel what did you see"
"Charlotte dieing when she was frozen she got killed and they froze her "
" OMG the doctor dose not know come on "
Said Matt while walking to the bottom lilly knew it was the wrong thing to do to tell him that Charlotte was dieing but she knew he had to be told before he found out.
As they run to him back at the bottom of the ship charlotte was sitting on the chair her head not facing the doctor he stood up touched her face and pulled it to look at him genital
"Charlotte tell me what happend to you"
"I, I, I "
Charlotte said while trying the best words to say it when her eyes closed and she died right in front if him he cheeked her pulse his face full of pain.
As he could not believe she died he loved her very much was he the person that frozen her did he not save her but he wanted to now so he started to kiss her to give her some energy when matt and the it her come in he stored and looked at them angry
"she was dead when she was frozen right and you thought you let me find out now she dead I'm trying to save her"
"what ever you do doctor it's not going to bring her back I'm sorry"
Said Matt while putting his hand on the doctor shoulder with a sad look on his face he knew he did the wrong thing by not telling him but he thought it might of been beat guess not he thought so he walked off leaving the doctor to say goodbye to Charlotte.
As they left the doctor was about to put her body back to be frozen when he noticed the rose on the floor so he picked it up and placed it in her hand and kissed her
"I love you and always will"
He left the rose in her hand and started to walk off but before he could get to the door a white light filed the room he turned round to see charlotte standing there holding the rose in her hand
"hello Matt I'm back"
"Charlotte I so glad you OK I love you so much come here "
Said the doctor as he ran to her she smiled and he leaned in and they kissed and kissed and the doctor was glad he had her back with him and the rose he found saved her we don't know how it did.
But he was glad it saved her and that she back in his life so he wanted to make the most of her being her so he dose not lose her again.
As they kissed back at the top of the ship Kate was checking the screen to see if there was any more ice in the ocean matt sat on the seat and said while seeing if lilly was OK
"you OK lilly"
"yeah I'm fine I just hope Charlotte will come back "
Said lilly while smiling at him with a tear to her eye he got up and hugeded her when the door opens and the doctor came in with Charlotte lilly smiled and ran to her
" I'm so happy your alive "
She smiled and her eyes wide enough when she saw Matt she walked over to him and placed a hand on his cheek the doctor did the same on his as he could feel the love
" I love you matt thanks for coming "
" no problem my lady my Charlotte, well you best be off the tardis been having a problem with coping with the ocean it was good to see you hope we meet again "
Said Matt while kissing her on the cheek she smiled and walked into the tardis, lilly followed and the doctor opened the door again smiling at him
" come on Daniel least go see you again matt "
Matt saluted and Daniel and the doctor went into the tardis and it disappear to their next adventure through time and space.
