Sitting in the great hall we waited fir the first years to arrive. I once told y/n that any house would be great with her in them as she has all the treat of all 4 house but I would hope it would be my house or at least Ravenclaw.

The students enters and i say my little girl happy face. The sorting started and end quickly with just y/n and the Potter boy left to be sorted.

" y/n snape" her name was called. Y/n walked over to the hat and it was placed on her head. " hmm your hard one your bright like a raven but cunning like a Slytherin. You should be placed in southern claw" the hat said. The all the house were confused and y/n looked up at me then to Dumbledore for answers. Malfoy grab her hand grading her to his table.

As Dumbledore stood the make a speech the hole hall was in an outdoor. " there no way she could be both"a voice from the Ravenclaw table yelled.

" enough it is very rear but it can be possible miss Snape has more the one strong quite as she in both houses en of decision" he said.

I looked over to my my daughter i could see she what to crawl in a hole and stay there she never whats to be the centre of attention.

After dinner everyone left except y/n and Draco. All the professors and i walked over to them Mr Malfoy go to your common room. I told him but he looked at y/n and she nods.

She then turned to look at me. "Have i done something wrong?" She asked. I hugged her she know our way of comforting was better then any words that could be said.

" miss Snape in light of your sorting well work out your class schedule for you classes for both houses. Now i think it best you head to your dome may u suggest stay with the Slytherins tonight" Dumbledore said.

Y/n nods and i walked her to the common room. " father how could this have happened i thought it was student per house?" She asked

I too was in the very place you where in but i stayed mostly with in the Slytherin house. It not common but it dose happen" i said.
