Severus pov
Y/n had be given her her old chambers since it was the only one left. " can you stay with me? She asked. Remember what i said about have to sleep on your own? But I'm just down the hall if you need me ok" she nods and grabbed a book to read before bed. " Goodnight my little bookworm" i said leaving the room.
Hours later i was getting ready for bed. I heard a knock on the door and went to go answer and found y/n stand there in a cold sweat and look like she been crying. "I had a nightmare" y/n said. I made her a chocolate knowing it would help her sleep and she told me what happened.
" I promise you i will never let that happen" i told her before sending her back to her chambers.
I sat think of what she told me. She said i was in the streaking shack and the dark lord snake attack me but i know he was died thanks to potter.
Next day class started and y/n was the first to arrive with Draco taking the front seats. I walked over to her making she i just as i was about to say something the rest of the class walked in.
I decided to to talk her after but but i check on her occasionally. I started to ask potter questions he didn't know the answer to.
I looked over to y/n seeing her look him hatred for he half bother. " you would do you good to clearly read a book before you attend my class mr potter" i said. Clearly you for ask Heroine or the teachers pet" he said pointing at y/n.
"50 points from Gryffindor and two weeks detention" i said fir his check.
Y/n pov
The class end and father walked over to me "how are you feeling" not noticing Draco was this with me. " I'm ok but i still can't shake the feeling it was so real" i said father hugged me and i left next class only to be stopped by potter. Why do you hate me so much? what did do? i don't even know you. Why don't you ask mother oh what she died?" I snapped leaving the room.
Snape pov
Draco ran after y/n and potter stood there and said "what that about?" Your mother abandoned her right after birth and kept you" i said letting it slip. The boy ran out no doubt going to find answers form y/n.
