The car ride was quiet. Not half hour later, Odette found Vincent parking the car on an empty highway, surrounded by trees on each side. He'd taken a small turn with a dead end, into a patch of grass. Seemed to be some sort of lover's spot where the sky was clear from the shadow of tree and the moon would hit all the right spots for light.
"You guys did it." She giggled as Noah and Vincent slid out of the car. She followed. Just as came around behind the car, jumping, she paused when a cloth hit her face. Or rather clothes.
"Change." Vincent ordered. She scowled, picking up the clothes, "Where are you going?" He spoke as she made way from the trees.
"I'm not changing in front of you!" She yelled and made her way. Walking three trees away in the part that was slightly dark, she unfolded the clothes and wore the jeans first under the dress. Then, unzipping the dress from the side, she left it slip off and then she wore the body fitting black hoodie. Walking back out, she threw the dress at him as he was fixing something in the boot of the car. Noah grinned, coming from behind him and pursing his lips in a smirk, eyeing her.
"Hey, give her the sneakers. These heels will kill her." Noah read. She nodded. Vincent tossed out a pair of shoes. She mumbled a curse and picked them. Opening a door of the car, she sat sideways with her legs sticking out and wore the white sneakers.
"Can I take the wig off?" She stood, walking back around to them.
"Personally, you look desirable in that but I like the long hair." Noah walked around and she giggled.
"Oh, thank you for coming." She jumped up and kissed his cheek, "I knew you'd come for me." She smirked.
"Really?" Vincent scoffed.
"Well, I mean, yeah. I figured you two were these men of code and... that means, nobility and morality. I thought if I saved your life, the debt would bring you back." She shrugged. Both boys froze and stared at each other. Noah lost his smile and she pursed her lips with a nod. Noah looked back at Vincent, who turned back to the trunk, "Oh, don't pout." She called, "We all know that this trade was a bust. I'm still thankful that you came. There was a small chance you wouldn't have shown. So it... really depended on..." Vincent threw a black duffle bag at Noah, from the boot and Noah grunted.
"You know where to meet up." He spoke in his heavy voice that only echoed once in a blue moon.
"Meet up?" She asked.
"I have to go back for Grace. The girl who took your spot?"
"Oh, God. I should go too. She..."
"We just got you out of there." Noah spoke.
"I don't want another stunt pulled." Vincent spoke.
"Just stay with Vincent. He'll drive you out of the city and I'll meet up soon." Noah grinned.
"Oh, I don't like this plan. Why doesn't Vincent go and get her and you can..." Noah snickered and kissed her cheek.
"He won't bite." He grinned.
"Yeah. He'll just kill me straight up." She mumbled.
"Or dump you on the side of the road. I'm not on a conclusion yet." Vincent released a breath with crossed arm. She eyed him furious and then looked at Noah, muttering a plea to come with him.
"Here." She sighed when he didn't respond. He stared at the ring, "Its not mine. Just drop it back somewhere." She released a breath. He gave her a one arm hug and went into the trees.
"Where is he going?" She asked.
"Get in the damn car." Vincent growled lowly and walked to the driver's seat.
