OK so the quirk ranking system is going to be like the hero association ranking system from one punch man. For those they don't know the ranks go like this.(i also added some of my own ranks)
C-the most common types of quirks
B-quirks that aren't harmful these types of quirks increase thing like strength, hearing, speed, smell and sight (mutation type quirks fall under this category)
A-quirks that give the holder special abilities to manipulate the world around them
S-o.f.a and a.f.o basically
SSD- quirks that could kill someone on accident like (eri's rewind quirk falls under this category)
If you're wondering why I put o.f.a in the S rank instead of SSD rank, well the reason is simple. I can think of way more overpowered quirks than o.f.a for example an oxygen manipulating quirk. The person with this quirk could force more oxygen then the target can handle into their lungs therefore bursting the person's lungs inside their body effectively killing them in one attack.
SSS-quirks that take after the powers of gods
deku's power- power given to deku by the strongest being to ever exist. The god of the gods Eisdrachen yahweh a being worshiped by the gods themselves. This being has complete control over reality itself and can create and destroy atoms at will.
A-i told you deku would be extremely op

In this story inko is the number 5 hero veridian tornado her quirk is called telekinesis. Ua will be a college and deku won’t be a hero in this one. He will be the last resort of the hero commision a secret weapon if you will.
