Ciel x Neko Reader

Chapter 15

Y/N woke up and her head was hurting somewhat. She looked around and she saw three other people  staring at her and she freaked so she fell out of the bed. She hissed at The triplet's  and she figured out that she had changed back to her normal self in her sleep. The triplets whispered to each other before they looked at the opening door and Alois came running in and Claude stood in the doorway.  Alois hugged Y/N he looked scared he asked her "Are you ok Did you hurt yourself i heard a thud." Y/N sighs. She says "I'm fine i just got surprised." Alois looked at the triplets before he yelled "Timber, Thompson and Canterbury say sorry to Y/N." Timber Thompson, and Canterbury all bowed and said "Sorry lady Y/N." Y/N sighed before saying "Just call me Y/N." Alois looked at Y/N before hugging her. Y/N felt safe in Alois arm's but something about him is not right. Y/N smelled Alois scent and she smelled Bluebell's, Buttercup's and Lavender flower scent. Y/N's eye's widen when she smelled Lavender and she looked at Alois. She flicked her tail in a way that she was happy. Alois looked at Claude. "Bring in my three favorite flower's." Claude bowed and left with the triplet's and returns with buttercup's, bluebell's and when they brought in the Lavender flowers She shot up and she meowed in a cute way before realizing what she did wrong. She hid her face and her ears where down and her tail was wrapped around herself. Alois looked at Y/N  before saying "That was cute." He petted Y/N and Y/N flicked her tail as she enjoyed the pets. Alois smiled before standing up and helping Y/N stand up. He put on the collar for her and she smiled. After a few mins Claude and Alois came running into Y/N's room and Y/N looked Confused. She then realized that Ciel and Sebastian was here.

Ciel's P.O.V.

I was running though the Manor calling for Y/N . i called for Sebastian and he appeared. I went and ordered him "Sebastian i order you to find Y/N and take her back no matter what." Sebastian bowed and said "Yes my lord." Once Sebastian disappeared i went back to my paperwork still worrying about Y/N. After a few hours Sebastian came back and he said "Y/N is at the trancy manor my lord." Ciel looked at him "I told you to take her back why haven't you?" Sebastian sighed before saying "Cause Claude was walking around sticking close to Y/N's room and i did have a chance to take her but i know if i got in at that time then i would be caught. Ciel sighed before saying "Take me there Sebastian we need to take her back." Sebastian bowed before picking Ciel up and taking him to the Tracy Manor. Once we arrived we see Claude and Alois running before coming back after a few mins.

Third person P.O.V

  Y/N saw Claude battling with Sebastian and Alois and Ciel where Sword fighting and she had a flashback to her past. Y/N was stuck remembering the war between the human's and her kind. Her parents hid her in their den as they went and they attacked the humans after a couple of hours she got out and she saw each one of her friend's and protector's all dead on the ground. her group were the only one's left but they all were protecting her since she was the last kid neko left that and she and her mom where the last female Neko's left until she became the last of her kind. 

Alois P.O.V

I saw Y/N fall and i looked at Ciel before saying "Look Y/N fell we have to treat her." I stood up after pushing Ciel away, I ran over to Y/N and i saw blood and i looked at her back that had glass shard in it and there was a wooden leg of the table she broke stuck in her arm a bit and i yelled for Claude to come here. 

Ciel's P.O.V

I stood up after Alois pushed me down and away from him i saw the same thing he saw and i was surprised. I looked at Sebastian "Sebastian i order you to take her to our Manor and treat her wounds the best you can." Sebastian bowed and said "Yes my lord." Sebastian picked her up and brought her to the Phantomhive Manor Claude followed Since Alois ordered him to and to help Sebastian as well. 

Sebastian P.O.V

I followed my Master's Order but i didn't like the fact that Claude was helping me. Claude had pulled out the glass and i stitched up the wound before it could start bleeding after Me and Claude pulled out all of the glass and stitched up all of the wounds we bandaged her and we did it in a way so then her entire chest was covered since there with stitches and wounds all over the place on her back and some on her front. I put a new and clean shirt on her and i looked at her pants and i saw they was fine but then i  saw her tail and so me and Claude worked carefully as we pulled out the small glass shards in her tail and we then Bandaged up her tail. Once we saw there were wounds smaller wounds on her legs we pulled up her pant legs and she treated the wounds and then we bandaged them and i called Mey-rin to change her pant's. After a few min's Me and Claude entered again and we saw Y/N shivering in her sleep so we both got a jacket and a blanket and after we put those on her she stopped shivering.  I looked at Claude and i said "We should go get our master's."

Claude's P.O.V

I nodded my head and me and Sebastian went back and we both took Ciel and Alois back. It's been 2 days since she passed out. Y/N hasn't woke up yet.  The entire time me and Sebastian were talking to our masters updating them on how Y/N is doing.

Y/N left her memory  and when she woke up she saw a room that looked like a hospital and she was confused until the sound of a heart monitor and the sounds of voices made her remember what happened. She sat up and a sharp pain hit her back. She sighed before saying "Ow." She looked up as she saw Ciel come into the room and yell out into the hallway that she was awake. Everyone's happy  yells echoed down to Y/N's room. Ciel hugged Y/N and Y/N smiled weakly as she hugged him back. She was very happy and she saw that Ciel was crying a little bit and she wiped his tears with her tail. She saw bandage's  on her tail and she looked confused. Ciel went and said "Well  when you got knocked out you landed on a lot of broken glass so we had to pull out the glass and bandage your tail. That and you slammed her back into the mirror that broke the glass that was in your tail that and then you knocked your back into a table so that's why you have a lot of pain sitting up." Ciel made Y/N lay back down. Y/N sighs. She looked at Ciel. She asked "Who else has come to see me?"  Ciel sighs before saying "Everyone you have met including Alois and Claude." Y/N flicked her tail before saying "Can i see them?" Ciel nodded his head when he left Y/n looked around her eyes landed on her collar. She tilted her head before sighing she realized that she was at Ciel's Manor.  Alois came in with Claude behind him and Hannah, Timber, Thompson and Canterbury following. Alois hugged Y/N and he was crying a lot and he said "I'm sorry that i couldn't protect you i tried to but i failed." Y/N hugged him back. She smelled more Lavender then she did Bluebell and Buttercup's. Claude smiled a tiny bit and he said. "Well he wanted  to smell like your favorite flower but he didn't know what it was so i told him that you like Lavender so he dressed up smelling like Lavender just for you." Y/n smiled before tapping Alois shoulder. Alois looked at Y/N confused. Y/N pulled out a Bluebell from her pocket and she gave it to him. She put in in His hair and she said "Here i know you like Bluebell's." Alois smiled. Hannah stepped forward and Y/N smiled. Y/N told Hannah to come closer and she put a buttercup in her hair and she says "I know everyone's favorite flower." The triplets stepped forward before saying "Do you know our favorite flower?" Y/N nodded her head.  She pulled out a rose and two sunflower's and she placed the flower's in their hair.  The triplet's smiled before Alois went and left the room everyone was following. Y/N sighs before sitting up with pain in her back. Ciel, Sebastian, Mey-rin, Finnan, and Baldroy came in and Y/N smiled She was going to say something with Mey-rin and Baldroy hugged her. Y/N smiled, She looked at Finnan and she says "Come on Give me a hug or else I'll get up to give you one." Finnan came over and hugged her there was a crack heard and Finnan froze scared and Sebastian and Ciel were shocked. Y/N flicked her tail.  She looked at Finnan and she said  "Don't be scared i just moved my tail wrong." Y/N cracked her tail again. Finnan looked at her before saying "Wait so me hugging you doesn't hurt." Y/N shook her head. Finnan smiled happily. Y/N looked at Sebastian and she said "You can pet me if you want i know you want it." Sebastian went over to Y/N before petting her. Y/N started to purr before coughing a bit. Ciel got scared since Y/N started to cough. Y/N stopped and she sighs. Sebastian kept petting her "You have Soft fur." Y/N smiled as she kept purring. Y/N flicked her tail before looking up at the ceiling. Y/N sighs before yawning. She looked at Ciel and she saw him confused she looked at her heart Monitor and she saw the line going very slow showing that her heart was beating very slowly.  Y/N got scared before she saw it going normal heart beat. Ciel looked at Y/N before sighing. Ciel looked at Sebastian before saying "Is she ok enough to get up?" Sebastian shook his head before saying "She can move around but she would have to be careful many of her wounds are deep. so one wrong move then she could break the stitches." Ciel sighs before looking at Y/N and he asked "Y/N can you tell me your backstory?" Y/N then opened her mouth to say something before she passed back out and the heart monitor move more slow to slow. Sebastian went and he attached a machine to her to help her heart beat a little more faster. Ciel looked at Sebastian  and he asked "Is she going to be ok?" Sebastian then said "Well the way she is right now it's a 50 50 chance if she gets sick then she will die but we can heal her faster if we get the stuff we need from the undertaker." Ciel sighs before saying "Fine we will go to the undertaker's tomorrow. For right now Sebastian i want you to protect her and make sure she is alive until we leave tomorrow then we will have the servants look after her one at a time and they will still have to do their work."   Sebastian nodded his head before saying "I'll go get you ready for bed and once I do I'll come back to protect her though the night." Ciel and Sebastian went upstairs and Sebastian got Ciel ready for his bed. After a few min's Ciel fell Asleep and Sebastian went back downstairs' to protect Y/N after making his rounds around the house to make sure everything and everyone is in their place.
