Matthews Residence
Riley was sitting at the breakfast table talking away, while Josie was smiling away texting her boyfriend.
"Aunt Jo, will you come with me to school today?" Riley asks
When Cory realized his sister wasn't listening he spoke up.
"Josie, Jo!" Cory said
"Hmm?" Josie looked up from her phone to see everyone looking at her. "What is it?"
"I asked if you want to go to school with me today." Riley repeated
"Oh, yeah sure I'll drive you and Maya if you want." Josie responds nodding
"Cool thanks." Riley smiled pulling her phone out to text Maya
"Yeah, your welcome." Josie said
The high school was closed for a couple of days, it turns out that one of the teachers got this really bad flesh eating bacteria from their vacation to Peru. So the health department decided it would be best to shut down the whole school to keep others from getting it.
Josie wasn't complaining though, she got to spend more time with Sebastian.
Cory looked at his youngest sibling going into big brother mode.
"Who are you texting, why are you smiling so big?" Cory asks furrowing his brows
"Sebastian, they are on their way back from Texas today." Josie smiles, Lucas and Sebastian fly back down to Texas every few months to see their old friends and family
