It's November 1st, the day that Josie and Sebastian have been waiting for, the day they are going to meet their babies.
Or so they thought.
"Wait, what do you mean we're not having the babies today?" Josie asked as she laid on the hospital bed with Sebastian holding her hand sitting in a chair next to the bed.
"They don't seem to want to budge, there are no signs that you are going into labor and you haven't had Braxton hicks yet so I'd say that you still have a few days before your water will break." Dr. Binion said
"Is that healthy though? She'll be carrying two babies for over 9 months, and she was originally already so small is it safe for her to carry them for that long?" Sebastian asked worried for his wife's well being
"I have no reason to believe that Josie won't be able to carry them for a few more days. Hopefully you will start to get some Braxton kicks and the labor will move along on its own. But if you don't go into labor in 6 days I want you to come back and we will induce your labor." Dr. Binion said
"Ok." Josie nodded taking in all the information
"Ok, I'll go on and get your discharge papers while you get dressed." Dr. Binion said before leaving the room
"I can't believe they don't want to come out, you've been in me for 9 months. It's time for you to be born." Josie told her stomach poking where the babies kicked
"You've done such a good job taking care of them they don't want to come out." Sebastian said rubbing Josie's stomach before standing up to grab her bag and take out her clothes
