I stumbled into an empty McDonald's and an employee changed my life

Part one: Put your apron on

It's the crack of dawn and you're awoken by your noisy neighbours back at it again. "It's too early for this!" you groan as you roll out of bed, rubbing your eyes. "I guess it's probably best to take a little stroll" you mumble. Throwing on your favourite pair of sweats and your stanky ass hoodie that's been sitting in the laundry pile for 3 days, you grab your keys and stumble out of your warm apartment.

Your body sways and your head throbs as you walk down the corridor. You must've stood up too fast, and the fact that you haven't had your morning cup of coffee isn't helping. "McDonald's is only a five minute walk from here, so I guess that's where i'll go to get my daily fix" you say, steadying yourself.

You peep in through the windows of your local McDonald's, it's empty, except for a few workers that look to be starting their shifts. You enter through the door and receive a warm welcome of smiles and waves. Hmm, a little strange, but you roll with it. "Good morning! I'm sorry, I must've forgotten your name" a lady in her work uniform says
"It's y/n" you exclaim, taken aback by the energy this woman seems to have at such an early point of the morning. "Well y/n, you better get your apron on, come with me"
