It had been 2 weeks since meredith revealed her feelings for addison, they spent a majority of their days together.

"Hey so i have a question" addison asked "fire away" meredith replied, "are we... i don't know a couple" addison asked shyly, "huh" meredith looked back at her confused. "Dinners here" meredith yelled from the front door, walking in with bags of chinese food, "great i'm starving" addison smiled, meredith bit her lip suggestively. They sat down to eat, whilst talking with the tv in the background, it was nice just the two of them, it was peaceful. "So what do i tell my friends" meredith laughed, "tell them you're seeing someone and that they work in the hospital" addison replied, "you sure, what are you telling your friends?" meredith asks "well considering your my best friend and callie is my only other close friend i'm just being honest, but i think we should keep private for now" addison rambled "you don't want to stay private forever right? i mean, we will tell people eventually, because this is serious?" meredith worried "oh mer i didn't mean like we would never be a real couple, i just don't want to deal with hundreds of awful rumours right now" addison reassured "okay because i really love you, as my girlfriend" meredith exhaled, relief washing over her. "I love you too" addison said, before she could speak anymore meredith straddled her waist, kissing her hard, moving from her lips down to her neck.

They were still on the sofa, kissing, meredith leaving purple marks trailing down addison's neck. They both moaned into each others mouths, feeling utterly and completely at bliss.
