Chapter 01 : The night where all were lost and won .

It was a cold Halloween night in the year 2005. Out of nowhere, a dark mysterious-looking person wearing a clock appeared in Godric Hallow. A lot of children were out at the night trick or treating. A child who was wearing a fairy outfit suddenly saw him and  "Nice costume mister." Said to him. The person who was wearing the clock was no other than Lord Voldemort, who came to destroy the prophesied one that could defeat or vanish him. He ignored the disgusting muggle vermin and walked towards the Potter mansion, then he unlocked the door with his wand silently. And stepped into the house.

James potter's pov

I was playing with the world's cutest niece, who I treated like my own daughter. And Sally my dear sister bought us some of her finger-licking Blue cookies. Which I told her didn't was possible. She proved me wrong long ago and here I am crazy for her blue cookies.
Then Sally spoke, "Brother do you think Aria will be safe here." Then I said "Sis don't worry, I'm sure nothing will happen to her. If anything happens I will protect both of you with my life." Sally then said "I know James but if anything happens to us I wish that she will live. I love my baby more than anything in this world brother."
" I know sally. I know." I said. "Sis we are making Aria sad with all this emotional talk, we should cherish every moment we have with her," I said lifting Aria from her crib and kissed her cheek than I put her on my lap. She could make any depressed person smile with that face of hers. I was proud to be her uncle. I want her to have a good life. But if something happens to us I know that my brother all in but distant blood will care of her.
Sally and I both trust him to take care of her if something happens to us and that's why we both made him her godfather. And suddenly a heard a sound.

Sally Potter's pov

My brother was playing with my daughter Aria and suddenly I heard a sound. "Sally, you wait here. I think it's the cat again. I'll go and check if it broke something.", said James to me. And I nodded to him. After 2 minutes James shouted loudly that " Sally, it's him. take Aria upstairs now. I'll stop him. I quickly got Aria to the upstairs room and put her in her crib. Then I heard the dark lord muttering the killing curse to my brother. At that moment I knew my big brother Jamie was dead and he died as a hero to protect his niece. Then Aria cried loudly. I looked at her and said, " Aria, baby don't cry. Uncle Jamie and mummy will always love you. Aria, remember baby. mummy and uncle Jamie will always love you." I rocked her gently for the last time and put her on the crib.

James potter's pov

After l told Sally to wait, I walked for 2 minutes and saw the dark lord at my house. Then I shouted to my sister to take Aria upstairs. But I hadn't got my wand with me. but no matter I'll hold him up even if it takes my life. Then Voldemort muttered the killing curse at me. And l thoughted for the last time that, "Aria, my sweet niece I will always love you. May you be safe. Same to you as well sally, my loving sister."

Voldemort's pov

After I Killed the Potter senior, I went to upstairs to kill the little brat that's supposed to vanish me. When I opened the door, I saw the brat's mother and, " Please, spare my baby. Kill me instead" she said to me. Then I said, "step aside woman and you could live."
She didn't listen to me and I muttered the killing curse toward her and fell dead. Then I walked towards to the crib and looked at the child. She looked breathtaking
for a child her age and the power was rolling from her like huge waves." She could have been a fine right-hand for me. well, it's a shame that she has died but it must be done." I said. Then I muttered the killing curse towards her and when the killing curse hit her it bounced from her and came toward me. After that, I screamed and everything went black.

Sirius Black's pov

I went towards the potter's house on my flying bike and saw that the house was destroyed. The windows were broken and the glass shards were everywhere. And on top of that, the house's front door was opened.  I got off my bike and walked inside the house with my wand. When I walked to the house I saw that my cousin but a brother to me all in not blood dead on the floor. I suddenly felt numb, then I remembered Sally and little Aria. I thought, "What if they were dead, no they couldn't be, " I thought repeatedly over and over again. Then I heard a child crying. I felt happy again because my precious goddaughter was alive. I quickly ran to the stairs following the cry of the child. Then I saw Sally dead on the floor just like James. I felt sad for my goddaughter, she lost the only remaining parent of hers. My little sister Sally was dead. I never thought that the most important people to me would die today.  "If I had arrived early, I would have saved both sally and James. I'm sorry my friends. I am sorry. please, forgive me. But don't worry I will not let your deads be in vain. I will protect Aria no matter what cost. And that's my promise to both of you.", I said. After that, I picked Aria from her crib and held her close to me. I gently rocked her and calmed her down. Then I saw a little lightning-shaped scar on her head. I tried to heal it with my wand but it just wouldn't heal. Maybe it's a cursed scar. That's why it won't heal. That also explains the weird shape. I should go to Hogwarts and meet Headmaster Albus Dumbledore. He could help Aria. Then I arrived at Hogwarts and met Albus.

Albus Dumbledore's pov

I was enjoying a few sherbet lemons and suddenly Sirius Black arrived at my office.  " Sirius, my boy what are you doing here late in the night," I asked him. Then he spoke, "Headmaster please, you must help me. Sally and James are dead but Aria survived and vanished  the dark lord and she's got a cursed lightning-shaped scar in her forehead."
I was shocked. Not only two of my favourite students died also the prophesy had come true. Then l spoke," show me the child, Sirius." Then he showed me the saviour of the wizarding world. I looked at the scar and examined it. After I examined it I healed the scar on the child's forehead and the lightning-shaped scar remained. Then " Sirius, I'm afraid that the scar will remain forever on her forehead cause it's a cursed scar. But don't worry it will not hurt the child." I said to him. Sirius nodded. Then he asked, "Headmaster are you informing the wizarding world of Voldemort's defeat." I spoke," we will Sirius. we will. But until then we must rest. " " what about Sally and James Albus." I said, " They both died as heroes. Everyone will know about them and their sacrifice was not in vain. Voldemort has been defeated." Sirius nodded and left with the child.
( Dumbledore knows that Sirius was not the secret keeper and is  Aria's godfather. That's why he let him take the child home.)
