2 Months Later
Y/N's POV
I haven't said anything or heard anything from Daniel. It's been really rough without him. I've still been drinking a lot. But apparently Daniel has been too, but worse. Corbyn keeps telling me about the broken things he finds around the house. Apparently Daniel won't talk to them unless they are working. I'm worried about him.
I decided to go over to Corbyn and Jonahs to try and talk to Daniel.

I knocked on the door and Corbyn opened it.

"Y/N? What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to talk to Daniel..."

"Oh okay, come in."

I walked up to the guest room, where Daniel was staying. I held back before knocking on the door.

"Come in."

I slowly opened the door. He was laying shirtless, writing in a notebook. His eyes slowly looked up at me. He looked broken. His eyes were red. He looked different.

"Y-Y/N?"

I shut the door behind me and walked over to the bed. I sat on the edge.

I hugged him and he hugged back. I rubbed his back. I felt a tear hit my back. I pretended not to notice and I crawled under the covers. We laid down, holding eachother in our arms. I continued to rub his back, ignoring the sobs I heard quietly escape his mouth.

Awhile Later
I woke up, Daniel was still sleeping. I admired his facial features.
He looks so broken.
This can't be because of me.
I shut off my thoughts and wiped underneath his eyes.
I softly got out of his arms and walked over to a pile of glass. It looked like it has once been a lamp.

I began to quietly pick it up. I put it in a trash can and opened the door.

"please don't leave."

"I'm going to clean up the rest of the mess."

"No, stay here. Corbyn can do that."

"it isn't his mess though..."

"It's not yours either."

I sighed and shut the door.

"Fine." I laid back down.

"When was the last time you drank?" I said fixing his hair.

"Last night."

"How can I help you stop?"

"Never leave me again."

"daniel..."

"im crazy without you."

"can we just be friends?"

"do you want that?"

"it's better for you."

"bullshit."

"i broke you. you broke me. we can't do this to eachother again. i hate seeing you like this."

"y/n, that makes no sense."

"i know."

"one more chance?"

"it's gonna take some convincing."

I smiled, looking away. He quickly got on top of me.

We walked downstairs. I was in one of his hoodies.

"Already back at it?" Jonah said look at us.

"How did-."

"You aren't very quiet."
