Xiao Zhan checked the pack reports carefully while slipping a coffee. He doesn't want to make mistakes and disappoint his father. His goal was to make his pack strong and powerful since his childhood. So he doesn't want to have a weakling mate like Wang Yibo. Wang Yibo is the only one who can't shift in his pack. So Xiao Zhan wants to eliminate Yibo as soon as possible. Then he can wait for his second chance mate.

"I will never allow you to harm him! Moon goddess paired you with him because of a reason! Don't hurt him like this! You will never have a second chance mate! He is the only one for you!" Sean tried to change Xiao Zhan's mind.

"How many times I have to tell you this Sean! I WILL NEVER ACCEPT HIM! If I don't have a second chance mate then ok! I still have Enjie. She can be Luna. She is strong and can defend herself. Can Wang Yibo even do that!" Xiao Zhan argued with Sean.

Stop this now or you will regret this later. Accept our mate. I can feel how much he loves us" Seam pleaded to Xiao Zhan.

"Hello Dad!" Xiao Zhan beamed like an innocent child.

"Your acting skills deserve an Oscar award" Sean rolled his eyes.

"Happy Birthday son! This meeting took a long time to finish. That's why we couldn't wish you early. Your mother even tried to claw me!" Mr. Xiao said to Xiao Zhan.

"Thanks dad!" Xiao Zhan laughed at his father's complaint.

"Happy Birthday Zhan Zhan! Did you find your mate?" Mrs. Xiao asked excitedly.

"Not yet mom. Why are you asking this first" Xiao Zhan's sound embarrassed.

"Don't worry mom. I will find her in the future."

"I thought Yibo would be your mate." Mrs. Xiao pouted.

"Why are you pouting? Moon goddess will choose the perfect mate for our son. Don't be sad." Mr. Xiao tried to console Mrs. Xiao.

"Why are you thinking like that mom?" Xiao Zhan tried his best to swallow his anger.

"You and Yibo used to be childhood sweethearts. Yibo had not let anyone touch you since the day you were born. He is not that old either. But he is always so possessive over you." Mrs. Xiao giggled.

"He always protected you. You always clung on to him. Both of you are so cute. Yibo even asked you to marry him. You kissed his lips and said yes!"

Xiao Zhan can't believe his mom's words. How can his mom think like that! He was a child at that time. He never marries someone like Yibo.

"Mom, stop it! It's embarrassing." Xiao Zhan can't listen to his mom anymore.
