Headcanons:

~Ulla was actually born as a ghost, and was never human at any point. However, she has no memories of any possible biological family she may have.

~She has a hard time remembering things sometimes. Things can just slip from her mind suddenly.

~Like all of the Project Voltage Spirits, Ulla came from a completely different dimension through a Fracture. More specifically, the world of Pokemon. She is still able to return to her homeland whenever she wants through Controlled Fractures.

~Before she made her way to Melodia, Ulla resided in the Old Chateau of the Sinnoh region. There, she befriended many Ghost-Type Pokemon and even some actual ghosts as well, and they were all like a giant family.

~She and the other Pokemon there loved to play tricks on unsuspecting visitors of the Old Chateau, especially people who were certain that the place wasn't haunted and that all the stories were just made up. Seeing the look of pure terror on their faces once they realized that the legends were in fact true was priceless.

~She makes sure to return to the Old Chateau every now and again to make sure the Pokemon there are still doing alright. Some of them went with her to Melodia, but others decided to stay in Sinnoh instead.

~Her closest companion is a Mismagius named Jezebel. She found her back when she was just a Misdreavus, and Ulla always felt like the two of them had a stronger connection than she did with any other Pokemon.

~Her battle strategy is using a lot of status moves to make sure she has the clear advantage before she attacks. A lot of her Pokemon have moves such as Will o Wisp, Scary Face and Screech.

~Ulla is able to do all the standard ghost shenanigans, like floating, phasing through walls and possessing objects and people.

~Although she almost always has a gloomy expression on her face, don't let it fool you. Ulla could be plotting something devious without you even knowing it. She's a lot more intelligent than she lets on.

~Her body is just slightly translucent. Like, if you took a PNG of her and turned down the opacity to 95%. It's not noticeable at first glance, but you can definitely tell if you get a closer look at her.

~Every now and again, parts of her body will appear to "glitch" almost, mainly her hair. However, she doesn't seem to be bothered by it.

~Her sleeves are modeled after the Spell Tag item, and they even have the same effect of boosting the power of Ghost-Type moves.
