~(Y/N) POV)~

"We should get out of here." I whisper to Draco. "Before we get caught."

"I think we should follow Weasley and Potter." He answers.

"I think we've gone far enough. I don't want to get sucked into anything crazy, like last year." I reason with him.

Draco looks in the direction of Harry and Ron.

"If you'd really like to go back to your dorm, go yourself." He brushes me off.

"Stop being a bitch. Who cares what those two are doing? Let's go." I make a face.

"I said go yourself. You can walk without assistance? Yeah? This is the perfect opportunity to get them in trouble." He spats.

"Fine, asshole." I rip my arm away from his. "While you're obsessing over the blood traitors, I'll be hanging out with Blaise, Lorenzo, and Adrian."

"Call me that one more time." He turns around to stare at me. "I dare you."

"Bite me." I face away from him. "Asshole."

I take a few steps, but before I get any farther, I feel a cold hand wrap around my neck and force me into the wall. Draco towers over me.

"What's wrong with you?" I choke out and grab his wrist with both my hands.

"Apologize." His breath brushes across my face.

"I don't have shit to apologize for."

"I think you do." He growls, and puts his other hand around my neck.

"Stop it! You're acting like Lorenzo."

"Is that how little you think of me?" He tightens his hands around my neck.

"You're hurting me, Draco." My knees grow weak, and my head starts to spin.

His face instantly drops, and he pulls his hand away. I slide down the wall, finally being able to breathe.

"Are you okay?" He looks down at me with a pale face.

"Where the fuck did that come from?" I run a shaky hand through my hair.

"Listen to me, (Y/n). I asked if you're okay." He holds out a hand to help me off the ground.

"I'm fine. Stop asking." I pry myself off the floor, ignoring his hand.

"(Y/n)..." He takes a step towards me.

I take one back.

"You're obviously not thinking straight right now. Come talk to me when the Draco I know is back." I turn on my heel and walk towards the common room.

My pulse quickens, and I start to breathe heavily. I rub at my eyes to try and stop tears from spilling out. I'm not going to cry because of him.

I haven't gotten worked up over anything this bad since Maxx. Draco just treated me like I was any other student pissing him off. That hurt. Bad.

Clumsily, I bump into someone in front of me. I'm too busy staring at the ground to notice them there.

"(Y/n)?" Lorenzo asks.

I look up, unable to form an answer.

"What are you doing out alone?" He raises a flask to his lips. "Aren't afraid of the Heir?"

"Are you drunk?" I hide my shaking hands behind my back. "Where'd Blaise and Adrian go?"

"Quit changing the subject, Wolfwood. Answer my question."
