Kowalski Peppers, Private's gentle older brother, is a local 28 year old family doctor, whose practice was said to be one of the best in the city.

Like Private, he has blue eyes and light skin with dark hair, except his face is more rounder and his hair is slicked back down the neckline.

Unlike his brother, he is much more intelligent and tends to be very shy around other people.

This could be possibly due to his constant routine of school and work during his whole life.

As Private and Mort made their way inside Kowalski's clinic and started walking down the hallway area to look for him, until they were suddenly stopped by a nurse named Marlene Otterman.

Who was more than happy to see them, but was also at the same time, a little disappointed due to the fact that they had barged in on the Clinic, at its busiest time of the day.

"Now, you boys know that you can't be in here unless you're a patient. If you want to see your brother you're gonna have to wait in the lobby until he can get done with his work." Marlene informed sternly and politely.

"Sorry Ms. Otterman, but we really need his help. It's a kinda of an emergency." Mort explained while twirling his fingers nervously.

"Please." Both Private and Mort begged with the best puppy-eyes facial expressions that they can make.

Which then made the nurse laugh as she shook her head at the two.

"Okay fine, I'll take you to him. But be quick about it, because we still have a lot of patients, needing their appointments." Marlene advised while leading them to the office that has the Kowalski's name tag written in the wood of the door.

Marlene decided to knocks on the door first, out of privacy and politeness.

In case a patient was in the room for confidentiality purposes.

"Yes, Marlene?" Kowalski signaled while Marlene creaked the door a little so that it only showed her face.

"Sorry if I'm interrupting anything Doctor, but they said that it was urgent matter and need to speak with you immediately." Marlene warned Kowalski, who was sitting in his office chair, reading a medical book.

"Mhm. Sure, bring them in." Kowalski informed, not even paying attention to who 'they' are, since there was no patient in the room at the time.

"Alright boys. Now you both, behave yourselves. And when you're done, you can come back to my office and I'll get you some ice cream. Does that sound good?" Marlene offered with a sweet smile.

"That would be lovely. Thanks Nurse Otterman" Private chirped before Marlene waved bye at them and closed the door behind her.

"Alright then. Sorry for the wait. What is it that can I help you with...Ah!" Kowalski jumped immediately in surprise once he knew who it was.

"Private?! What are you doing here?! You're supposed to be at home studying. Skipper will kill me if he sees that you aren't doing any of your homework." Kowalski scorned, placing his hands on his hips.

Raised on a military base, Private, along with his two brothers Rico, who is now a world-class stunts actor, and Kowalski, were all supported by their older brother Skipper.

A retired Navy Captain, who had taken it upon himself to care for his brothers after their parents passed away in a tragic train wreck.

Although, Rico and Kowalski were old enough to be out on their own, Skipper still frequently keeps a close on Private for many reasons and can be pretty strict at times.

"We're real sorry Kowalski, but we need your help. Mort's older brother, Julien, hurt his ankle and..." Private tried to explain until Kowalski interrupted him.

"Well if it's that's bad then why didn't you take him to the hospital?" Kowalski asked, now in concern of the scenario.

"You don't know my brother. He can be very difficult to deal with and plus he doesn't want to be taken care of by just any doctor. He wants a professional and Private told me that you were the best one in town." Mort said persuasively.

"Well.... I guess it wouldn't hurt to take a quick look. I'm sure it's nothing, too serious. Who is your brother anyways?" Kowalski asked, curiously.

"Kingsley. Julien Kingsley." Mort announced.

"Kingsley? You mean.... 'The Kingsley Corporation', Kingsley?" Kowalski asked, in astonishment.

The corporation was a medical supplies company who has been giving his clinic, along with the many hospitals across the city, various equipment and supplies.

Which not only saved hundreds of dollars for many doctors, but also saved thousands of lives, who could have been at stake.

And George Kingsley happens to be the main leader of the whole establishment.

"Yeah. Our dad owns that company." Mort said, rolling his eyes.

Growing up with his family had never been that easy.

Especially, with numerous boarding schools, private schools, maids, servants and tutors that were shoved into his life, to the point where he'd thought he never get out of it.

Until he made the ultimate decision to stay at the academy that he is in now on with his best friend and was offered a once in a lifetime scholarship to the school of Juilliard Arts for his music career.

Saving his parents all of the trouble of only keeping up with their other son's' needs for skating lessons.

Mort loves his brother, but sometimes he believes that Julien was ridiculously taking too much credit for being in the spotlight, too long.

"Then in that case, I'll see what I can do for him. Give me 5 minutes to wrap up everything and then you can take me to your brother." Kowalski offered.

"Thank you so much. That means a lot." Mort said, relieved that he would even agree to it.

"No problem. Anything for a friend of Private's." Kowalski said with a smile as he organize his things and later leaves the clinic with two carrying a basic medical kit in his hand as the three make their way to the skating rink.

To Kowalski, it was always a duty to help out those in need, no matter how inconvenient the situation is.

After all, it was only just a foot injury.

How hard can it be?
