Chapter 3

Starfire's P.O.V. 

Well at least I wasn't lying about 1 thing, I did want to get a drink. Their was a Starbucks 2 avenues down. I decided to walk instead of fly there since I didn't want to draw any attention to me, even though my bright red hair and green eyes say it all. It was like all the usual walks down the street: a bunch of kids asking for my autograph, a couple boys winking, and the girls asking how I was doing. The only difference was that I didn't acknowledge them, I just smiled and kept walking. Once I got there the people looked at me, I couldn't blame them. Seing a girl with bright red hair and green eyes walking into a Starbucks at 1:30 in the morning was quite odd. I walked to the register seing a teenage girl that looked about 1 year older than me, even though I was still taller. Hey welcome to Starbucks what can I get you? The girl asked cheerfully but with her head down. A caramel mocha with a shot of expresso and whipped cream on the top. I said as happily as I could. Well are you trying to pull an all-nighter thats and interesting combo! The girl said looking up then she stopped. Are you "the" Starfire, part of the Teen Titans!? The girl said a little to excited. Yes nice to meet you. I said holding out my hand. She stared at my hand for a second and then shook it. Omg I'm such a big fan, you are so cool, I just- Wait are you ok? The lady said sympathetically. O-oh just boy problems. I said looking down. Hey I learn just to ignore them unless they go out of their way to help you. The girl said shrugging. I looked up thinking about the past event with Red X. Thanks. I said with a little more peppiness in my tone. No problem! Here is you drink and I added in a croissont just for the hard work you do for us. The lady said smiling. Thanks you are very kind. I said smiling. The pleasure is mine, oh and tell the titans I said hi! The girl said waving. As I was holding the door I waved back and said, Will do! I walked out the door looking at the time. Oh no... I told the titans I would be home soon and an hour has already past. I quickly flew up in search for the tower, after I spotted it I quickly snuck threw my window. My room was normal and dark. I grabbed my PJ's, took a shower, brushed my hair, brushed my teeth, then walked out of the bathroom. As I walked out I saw an angry looking Robin standing in front of me. Where were you!?! You said you would be back soon and I was waiting a WHOLE HOUR for you! Robin yelled angrily. I had a chat with the lady there, everything is fine. Oh and you having Starbucks everyday what's that about huh? Why can you be normal and just drink water or something?!?! Robin yelled. I CAN'T HELP WHAT I LIKE! MAYBE YOU SHOULD JUST IGNORE IT AND GO TO BED! I screamed back. MAYBE YOU SHOULD JUST BUSS OFF YOU FREAK! Robin screamed and knocked my drink out of my hand. I was shocked. Freak... I whispered. Starfire I'm sorry I just- Robin started but I butt in. No everything is FINE I'll just go back to my FREAKISH room. I spat back with hot, angry, tears falling from my eyes. I stomped back to my room and shut the door. I heard a knock on the door. Starfire, please! I heard Robin plead on the other side. I just locked the door and stomped to my bed and made sure he heard it to. He knocked one last time but then I heard him walk away. I sat on my bed crying wondering what was wrong with me. Am I really a freak? Do I even deserve to be on the team? I was thinking til I heard a familiar voice. No girl should be treated like that, especially you. I spun around seing Red X standing there with his arms crossed. My eyes glowed, YOU! Hey cutie chill! Like I said I ain't here to hurt you! Red X said with his hands up. I hesitated but then went back to the bed and sat there. I didn't even care Red X was there. I'm not in the mood for your games X, I'm really not. I mumbled not looking back. I heard Red X crawl on the bed. You know cutie, I could treat you so much better. I heard him whisper in my ear. His warm breath gave me goosebumps. I spun around blushing. Just go! Please! I replied. He took his mask off, reavealing his gorgeous face. Something tells me you would feel better if I stayed. Red X replied. I turned around to see a smirking Red X. What's your name? I asked curiously. My name? Oh it's Red X cutie. He replied smiling. So your parents called you "Red X"? I asked bitting my tongue. Why do you not like it? Red X answered slyly puliing me closer to him. N-no it sounds fine! I reasurred him. Aweee your trying to make me feel better, I knew you like me! Red X said poking my arm. I immedietly blushed. I don't like you! I spat back folding my arms. Then how come you won't stop me from doing this? Red X said smirking. Doing wha- I started but I was cut off by Red X kissing me. For a second I lightly pulled him back but he just gripped on to my waist. I didn't know what to do and to be honest I almost kinda liked it so I replied back by kissing him more passionatly. I could feel him smiling through the kiss. I knew you wouldn't stop me. Red X said smirking. Oh shut up and kiss me! I spat back. He smiled and kissed me again. I wrapped my arms around his neck, ruffling with his hair. The kiss could have went on forever, as it was getting more passionate but he finally broke away. Wellll it's getting late I should leave. Red X said yawning and walking to the window. Wait! You could stay here over night... with me I guess. I said looking down blushing. I thought you'd never ask! Red X said. He grabbed me by the was and plopped in my bed with me in his arms. But before I go to bed... Red X started with a mischievious smirk forming on his lips. He lifted up his hand to look like a claw, then came down and started tickling me. I laughed and laughed and laughed til I eventually snorted, which made us both laugh even harder. He stopped sooner or later and I snuggled under the covers with him and yawned. Well it is kind of hot in here! Red X said lifting his top part of his uniform off. I know for sure I blushed then, staring at his amazing well built body. He laughed. Like what you see cutie? He asked chuckling. I blushed and laid back down on his chest, pulling the covers to my neck. I could feel his hand smooth down my hair. I wish you the good night X. I said snuggling on his chest. He chuckled. Good Night Princess.
